Modern House with Firepit just off Mountain Rd, 5 Minutes to Ski Resort

Enjoy the year round activities in Stowe from this Modern and cozy mountain escape. This three bedroom, three bath home just off Mountain Rd in Stowe is a short walk or bike ride from the start of the 5 mile recreation path off Brook Rd. Centrally located between the center of Stowe (3.5 miles from the center of town) and Stowe Mountain (2.8 miles from Spruce Peak). Enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room in the comfortable chairs for cozy nights during the winter months after a day of skiing . In the Summer and Fall enjoy the outdoor fire pit after a day of hiking or biking or just simply hanging out in town. The open concept main living area has a kitchen with an island which accommodates 8 to gather around whilst making meals with your guests . Come visit Stowe and enjoy all that the town has to offer - skiing, hiking, biking, miniature golf, bowling, art galleries, delicious restaurants, breweries and much more!
You will need a vehicle with 4WD to access this house during the winter. The garage does not allow access for vehicle parking, you can use the garage for Ski storage & Bike storage. Please also note that there are security cameras on the outside of the house, none inside the house.

If you want the best Stowe rental right by the mountain this is the best option around if you don’t want a hotel!

Beautiful home in fantastic location!

Clean, comfortable, and elegant home, just minutes from everything. Plenty of room for my group to spread out and have some privacy. All essentials are available in the home for stay-at-home cooking. Great experience! We will be back!

Ski trip

Great stay. Nice layout, very clean. The road up to the property could be challenging if it were very snowy/icy or during mud season. AWD during that time of year is for sure needed.

Amazing stay!

I can't say enough great things about this property. The pictures don't do it justice - it was very comfortable and has all the amenities needed. Two kings with ensuite bathroom, very comfortable beds. There is a desk in the upstairs primary so I was able to get some work done during the week. The location is fabulous - easy drive up to the mountain for skiing or the other direction into town for shopping and meals. I would definitely recommend this home for a Stowe vacation!

Great Location

Great location, about 10 minutes to the Stowe mountain base and 10 minutes into downtown Stowe. Great large kitchen, with huge island for eating. It was too cold to use the fire pit but we did appreciate the s'more station set up, and made some in the oven. Nice hotel level products in all the bathrooms. Management was very responsive to any issues. All the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Two bedrooms are up separate staircases. There is one main floor bedroom. Note that none of the bathrooms have locking doors. The bathroom in the upstairs master is a sliding barn door that doesn't really slide closed easily. So if you need privacy there just fyi. but it's a lovely home, and modern design. Would stay here again.
