Subject: Response to Your Concerns Regarding Your Recent Stay Dear Susan, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns regarding your recent stay at our cabin. I'm truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We always strive to provide a positive and comfortable environment for our guests, and I want to address your concerns directly. First, I understand how frustrating it must have been to expect a hot tub based on the listing, although you admitted to me that as you further looked at information you saw that it listed a jetted tub. The listing has since been updated to avoid any future confusion, and I do apologize for the inconvenience this caused. In regard to your concern about pests, I want to clarify that the property is professionally treated on a regular schedule, and there have been NO reports or evidence of any roaches from any of our renters, before or after your stay. Although it is a Cabin in the woods, I understand how unpleasant it is to encounter any pests, and I regret that this impacted your visit. As for the water issue, the outage was due to a city water main break that affected multiple properties in the area. While this was entirely outside our control, we do empathize with the discomfort and inconvenience it caused. I’m sorry you felt the property was in the “booneys”. It is across the street from the Cliff House Inn and the Arkansas Grand Canyon and is in a beautiful location and close to town. Our past renters have said many great things about our property and its location. We have had NO past complaints. We understand and regret that your experience fell short of expectations. However, given the circumstances—particularly that some issues were outside of our control and the property is properly maintained—we decided to not offer a reimbursement. We do, however, appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving our guest experience. Thank you
