House is located in a nice neighborhood. Only drawback is the Highway running behind the house. The concrete barrier blocks a lot of the noise. It was nice & clean inside & out. Had a few flaws, like most rentals, but overall a great place to stay. Could really use a TV upstairs. Will definitely be staying here when traveling to Tulsa in the future

All of the above. Host nor VRBO would answer our requests for assistance. Heater was not working properly & home would only reach 64 degrees where all bedrooms but one were located. It was in the low 20’s outside. Hot water would barely run out of the faucet in the kitchen. The right sink in the master bedroom hot water would not work. Most of the door handles in the home are loose or falling off doors. Upstairs towel rack falling off wall. You could hear water leaking & causing a drip above the kitchen ceiling when someone used the upstairs shower. The pool table ques have no tips on them. I could list more but, why?

A common phrase you hear is “no expense was spared,” well in this case, majority expenses were spared. List of pros and cons below. Cons:- No hot water in kitchen sink- No cold water in right bathroom sink - Squeakey beds- No ac upstairs - 80 degrees upstairs the whole time. - Smelled like smoke and curry- No light in garage - Uncomfortable couches - Upstairs king bed held up by vinyl plank flooring. - Large Water spot on master ceiling. Potential mold risk. Two individuals on the trip dealt with congestion that immediately improved once we were out of the house a few hours. Pros: - Hot showers- Plenty of space - Back porch was nice If you are looking for a cheap uncomfortable place to sleep with the bare minimum. Then I would consider this place.

The space was nice and as advertised. Communication from the host was great. In the summary, it stated the house had a X-box and a movie room with a projector. There was no X-box when we stayed there and the movie room consisted of a pull down screen only. No projector was found.

Pretty darn nice

I had a great time, along with my partner and our family, I did have a moment in the property alone, while upstairs I heard creaking coming from a room across the staircase, so if you enjoy creepy stuff like me, please come on by lol.

Nice - some things were broken

Overall, this place was a great place to stay for one night ! The only issue was some things around the house were broken before we had even gotten there but other than that it was nice.

I loved this property! The house is in a very nice neighborhood, very clean, and spacious for events. The owner was super friendly and communicated well. Also the property damage from May was fixed, so I give this bnb a 10/10!!

Weekend getaway

The house was very nice in a nice area. Small things were broken or damaged like bathroom cabinets and one facet didn’t work. Master shower didn’t draw well so you were showering in several inches of standing water but that was literally the only negatives, great property better than the description.

Good for short stays

The place is good for short stays. It has 4 bedrooms and one office with a futon. Some small maintenance issues need looked at and it could be cleaner. There was a k-cup machine but no k-cups for coffee. There was an espresso machine but the tank looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall it worked for our one night stay

Wouldn’t get

Wouldn’t recommend they complain abt music that wasn’t loud it’s says allows events but you can’t have any! Stuff was broken as well they accused of partying but no party and had police watching!

The Hot Tub needs removed from the listing!

The house was big and spacious. The pool table was fun. There are lots of things that need repaired. If you look at the review back in May, all of those things are still broken. I went with this property specifically for the hot tub my daughter wanted to relax in. It doesn’t work! Had I of known that, I would have stayed in a different house.

Beautiful Home Needs Some Repairs

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Beautiful new carpet. Bathrooms did not appear very clean, lots of dead bugs. Home needs some repairs. The master bathroom has a double sink; one sink did not work at all (had no water), the other sink the stopper would not work. The upstairs bathroom stool would not stop running. The expresso machine was dirty (my granddaughter is a barista and she wouldn't even use it).

Beautiful home, but communication with host was terrible.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was beautiful, beds comfortable, amenities were great! We celebrated my 25th birthday, had a small gathering that the home accommodated perfectly for. The backyard seating area and pool table were a big hit! We even discussed renting again for another get together! Only issue we had was that there was little to no information provided. I had to reach out to Vrbo agents just to get ahold of the host 2 hours prior to check in because we had still not received an email with information about check-in/out, any rules, or disclosures required. The host later requested $450 payment for things that I disputed with him, then he claimed other reasons for me needing to pay additionally. We did not break any house rules, and followed what information we were given, which is what was listed on the property details. Ultimately, we did not pay the additional fees but the host seemed to be trying to get extra money from us by making any claims he could — all of which were baseless.

The house was nice but a couple of areas were in disrepair and also amenities not as advertised. The tub in the master did not work, the double sink, only one sink worked, broken door on master bathroom. There was no grill and no gas for the fire pit, Garbage disposal did not work which caused the sink to flood and back up. The projector and Xbox was not available. Contacted vrbo owner and he said it was stolen. Queen bedroom upstairs was on a metal frame with no slats and the bed fell through. We had to find wood to keep the mattress on top of the frame. Positives were lots of space for my family. Nice showers in both bathrooms , pool table was fun and the mattresses were very comfy. Lots of linens were available. The patio was also nice but the lights for the gazebo didn't work either.

Horrible experience!! We never received door lock code till late in the day on check in. The property was not ready for check in until late that evening, When we arrived in Tulsa, we had nowhere to go. Property manager told us it was not ready and was being cleaned late. We had to wait for hours to check in, and when we did finally arrive, we found the property filthy. Refrigerator, countertops, carpeting, and furniture were all very dirty, as was back porch. Many items in house were broken and in disrepair. Bathroom faucet did not work, towel and toilet tissue bars torn off walls. Very musty smell in home. Pet hair thick on all furnishings which created bad allergies for our family. We were told wet towels were in dryer and we had to dry all of them ourselves in order to have towels to use. The laundry room was piled high with dirty laundry, which were also told to ignore. Wet laundry left in washing machine. We had to find a vaccum and vaccum ourselves to be able to even sit on furniture. My husband had to clean Refrigerator shelves just to be able to place our food inside. There was moldy food inside pantry and no hand soap in any bathrooms, which we had to purchase ourselves.The property manager did not answer any of my concerns for 3 days. Very poor communication. We booked this home way in advance as we were attending a funeral. Our payment was made in full promptly and we were devastated w the experience. We left the home in much better condition than we found it
