You will fall in love with the bright, airy and open living space of this 100m² penthouse condo! WITH FREE beach cruiser bikes to use with care whenever! Just up from our penthouse condo’s front door, guests have access to the fresh ocean air breezes of the great communal rooftop terrace, which features a good size, infinity plunge pool, lounge chairs, a gas grill with sink/wet bar area, and a stunning, beloved 360° view, including of the Caribbean Sea, Cozumel & coastline, over a preserved, green wetland, fortunately, with sunrises and esp. lovely sunsets looking West over local Catholic church steeple! Views can NOT be beat.
There is also ample rooftop seating, patio tables, a few chaise lounges, and chairs for sunbathing, socializing, entertaining, and grilling, with a common area, full bathroom including shower!
A staircase leads up to this condo, but then pool deck only 1 floor above it.
It is a non-elevator building.
The condo is on the 4th floor, COUNTING ground floor as 1st (American way), so please be aware there are 3 flights of stairs up to condo!
Great exercise and not a problem, unless one is disabled.

It is a realworking class neighborhood and you are not right in the thick of pumping Club music and all of the tourists, but still only a 10 minute walk down 5th to get to all the THINGS.
Plus you are literally two blocks from the sea, and on the principal beach walk of 88th Street North, Calle 88 Norte where there is a beautiful Blue Flag Beach, better and much less crowded than downtown!

Finally, it's the ONLY condo in our building Polo88 that includes the use of two free bikes (beach cruisers with baskets)!
