Cloud 9 is owned by a songwriter, and music lovers will no doubt feel a kinship of spirit here. Downstairs you’ll find a laid-back lounge with a gallery that pays homage to some of the greats. Come down with a friend or two and a bottle of local wine, and share it in the company of music legends.

Once you’ve worked up an appetite, the town of Candler offers endless options for southern comfort food. Or drive just 20 minutes into Asheville for diverse dining options, dozens of wineries and breweries, and a live music scene that can’t be beat.
