We were there for a family outing. Location was perfect and not far from family function. Our second time staying there and no major complaints. The place does need a few repairs, but overall I would recommend.

We stayed at this property during Dream Cruise weekend. The place was just like it was pictured on the listing. Close to a lot of amenities and was in a good location to get many places.

Short stay

Great apartment! Very spacious and clean. Location was great. Host was very accommodating- had an issue on thanksgiving and he was very quick with communication even on a holiday. Thank you and can’t wait to come back!

The stay was nice and I would stay again. The host was so kind when I contacted him due to Vrbo not sending access codes. Other than that I don’t have any major complaints.

owner was nice & answered all questions. even in the middle of the night. very patient. property was clean, very aesthetically pleasing. would recommend for a group of 4-8 people. in my case i only had 4.

Would NOT Recommend

Cheap property for a short 1 night stay in Detroit. -Had to contact VRBO customer service to get Access from the Host AFTER check in time had already passed. -Full trash in the kitchen when arrived. -2 provided parking spots were occupied entire stay. Host never got back with me. -A/C unit needed to be serviced and was not running. Very hot inside the rental. -Smelled of Urine in the rental and the building. -Fridge was leaking water inside and onto the kitchen floor -NO HOT WATER for showers, not even warm water... Contacted the Host about these issues but nothing was done to address them during or after our stay. Would NOT recommend booking this rental.

Nothing major to complain about

My family stayed here for my wedding week. Everything was generally good for them except a few things: Check-in process was not smooth at all. I had to text the person in charge for the passwords to the door after the check-in time was passed. Usually this stuff is sent to you on the app for a smooth check in. No explanation was given about laundry and that it was present in the basement. Central AC unit was not working. However, there was a wall mounted AC unit that kept the place at a reasonable temperature, but the rooms stayed warm for sleeping. The theme is that the Vrbo manager didn’t seem to give much effort into making sure everything is going to be good for the people staying there. I did give this place a 4 star rating though because the location was great, Vrbo manager was kind, and the place itself looked nice and modern.
