A New Christmas Tradition

Where do I even begin? As our kids get older and move away from home, it's really hard to get everyone together on Christmas Day... this year we decided to come together at a central location the weekend before Christmas to spend the weekend together. I was a little worried about it not "feeling" like Christmas being away from home... Boy was I wrong! The second I opened the door I could hear Christmas music and see the beautifully decorated tree... the spirit of Christmas filled the air! There was plenty of room for all of us to spend time together in the living room and the kitchen was we'll stocked and large enough to prepare a Christmas feast. There was lots of room for the kids to play with their new toys and for all of us to be together playing games and enjoying each other's company. The beds were incredibly comfortable.... honestly it felt like home! We've decided to start a new tradition and hold our family Christmases at a home away from home every year! Thank you for creating such a beautiful space and the love and attention you put into every detail of our stay. Merry Christmas and many blessings to you and yours in 2025!

Lovely neighborhood

The neighborhood was gorgeous and very quiet! I so enjoyed taking a walk each evening and felt so safe while doing so. The only issue I had was that the pool was much farther away than the listing indicated. Great place to stay.

Summer time short stay

The upstairs does not have AC that cool well. We sweated upstairs the entire stay. The bed upstairs is completely broke down. I couldnt get out of bed after sleeping there all night because the there was zero support under the mattress and the mattress was sagging. It was very disappointing. The house was clean and the bathrooms were nice and comfortable.

Great property with potential

This is a really cool unit with lots of space and a great location! If you like being close to the strip without having to be on it then this is the place! Property amenities are wonderful. Great pool set up for all ages, basketball courts, tennis courts, food and drinks at the pool and a nice golf course. While this unit is good, it has the potential to be great. In it’s current state it’s not very kid friendly. It has some kid friendly elements such as the screened in porch and laundry room. However there are glass toppers on almost all tables which pose risk. There is also no high chairs, pack n’ play or plastic cups in the kitchen. The kitchen is also very lacking. The “ready to use” spices were barely more than salt and pepper. There were no knives sharp enough to cut, as well as very dull kitchen shears. To provide kitchen equipment is awesome but only if those who are expecting to us it actually can. There were no condiments stored there so we had to run and buy some before dinner. The unit owner also rationed out paper products, trash bags, towels and provided no food storage options such as bags. I completely understand rationing these items as to not be taken advantage of, however there were not enough provided to meet the needs of 8 guests. And lastly, my husband and I slept in the upstairs king bedroom further away from the bathroom and the bed was HORRIBLE! We considered switching to the pull out. This mattress needs replaced or turned into a bunk room.
