Comes with bed linens , towels etc… (with exception of service animals being present) Owner lives on property. 3 Person Max Occupancy Only! 3 Night Maximum Booking . Service Animals , You must notify us in advance of booking reservation so we can alert guests with allergies / asthma of the presence of allergens who have reservations and have asked if pets were allowed inside unit that will arrive after your stay, so we can make notification to them. Service animal owners must bring your own sheets, pillows , pillow coverings blankets, towels etc…. Service animal owners must bring 4 extra sheets to cover furniture (sectional furniture) to protect future guests from allergens. No Smoking. NoPets. Located in Cape May County NJ (Rio Grande)

There are many wineries and breweries to choose from.
Owners live in house up front this is a nice quiet separate very comfortable 2 bedroom 1 full bath and separate yard cottage and separate off street parking area. There is an outdoor security camera mounted on shed in yard .There is a security camera mounted on side of owners house which does not work. There are cameras in owners yard behind white fence which is prohibited for guests to enter.

It was very clean, wonderfully quiet, close to the beach and Cape May. Comfortable beds, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, perfect size. Host was extremely accommodating. Would definitely recommend restaurants they recommended, including Menz, Uncle Bill’s pancake house, local diner and local seafood! Great place for up to three.

Perfect spot

100% would stay here again. Just my sister and I for a quick 3 day trip. TV for everyone. Small in a good way but all we needed. Very clean and up to date. We were there during 95 degree days and the A/C and ceiling fans were enough to keep the place cool. Quiet spot, no road noise. Close to every kind of store or restaurant you would need. Only 10 to 20 minutes from beaches and harbors. So it was a quick trip to them without being in the middle of all the vacation traffic. 2 thumbs up!!

AMAZING isn't enough, PHENOMENAL!!!

The photos don’t do this place justice! It’s clean, comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect. The house is spacious, and each room comes with its own closet, complete with hangers, an extra pillow, and a blanket. We truly wished we had booked a longer stay. Don’t pass up this hidden gem—you won’t regret it!

Clean little cottage

A very nice stay. The cottage is immaculate and close to everything. There is absolutely nothing about it that I would want to improve. It is perfect as it is. My very neat spouse was even impressed.

Short Stay at the Shore

We were looking for a quiet spot to spend a few days down the shore. Joseph's house was a great spot for us. The location at the back of the property offered us a quiet getaway. It was a short 10 minute drive into the Wildwoods or Cape May, providing us with many options to explore during our time down the shore. The house met all of our needs with a couple bedrooms and an opening living area and kitchen. It was an extraordinary value finding a place like this in the middle of the summer. It offered us plenty of room to relax and was a bargain compared to many hotels in the area. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

A nice cottage with great location for Cape May Attractions

We had the opportunity to stay two nights and it felt like home away from home. Everything was clean when we arrived and the host is very responsive. I would definitely consider my stay here next time I find myself in Cape May.

Great Location!

I was very impressed with this property. The location puts you close to many beaches, breweries, wineries, and fun places like Beach Plum Farm. The location of the cottage at the back on the house made it very quiet and private. Having towels and sheets provided was a definite plus! Many shore rentals do not include them. I would recommend this rental for anyone that wants to explore the lower cape area. Thank you!

Last minute getaway

Booked a last-minute getaway, midweek. The space was adequate for what we needed. It was clean upon arrival(most of our trip was spent at the beach). The host was personable and responsive to our questions. The location is very convenient to all the lower New Jersey Shores. Would absolutely recommend.

Great anniversary trip

My wife and I had a wonderful time. We were visiting Cape May for our anniversary. The location is a short distance from both Cape May and Wildwood. The cottage was clean, very spacious and private. The owners paid attention to extra details, such as leaving bottles of water and cans of Bubly seltzer in the fridge. They also had an Echo softly playing music when we arrived, which added to the beauty of the trip. Thanks!

Great 2 bedroom near Cape May

The space was clean and cool upon arrival. The hosts, who live in the house attached to the cottage, provided a guidebook with thoughtful suggestions and clear instructions for check-out. Only about a 15 drive from the coast, the quieter surroundings provided a contrast to the hustle and bustle of Cape May. Highly recommend staying in this cute property.
