Located just a short 3 block walk to the beach and boat launch at Tahoe Vista Recreation Area, this 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath cabin is the perfect home base for a family or small group of friends looking to take in all that Lake Tahoe has to offer! Enjoy peaceful time on the spacious front deck or cozy up in the living room and read a book or watch a movie. When you’re ready to get out, take a leisurely stroll down to the waters edge and take in all of the beauty and magic of Lake Tahoe.

This cabin sleeps up to 5 guests:
Bedroom 1 - King Bed
This bedroom is across the hall from Bedroom 2 and offers a King Bed and sliding glass door to your own private deck off the back of the house. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a tub / shower combo that was recently remodeled.
Bedroom 2 - Queen & Twin
This bedroom is across the hall from Bedroom 1 and offers a queen and twin bed. This bedroom is great for kids or adults who don’t mind sharing space and is directly down the hall from a shared bathroom with shower.

Booking guest must be 25 years of age or older.
Maximum 5 adults (6 per county ordinance)
Community quiet hours from 9pm - 8am daily.
No events or parties. This is not a party house and is best suitable for those looking to enjoy a peaceful time in the mountains.
No smoking of vaping.
No commercial photography and / or filming allowed.
There is parking for 3 vehicles on the driveway. Note that there is no street parking allowed at any Short Term Rental Property (per county ordinance).
No outdoor fires or charcoal bbq’s allowed per county ordinance. On red flag days, no open flame allowed (i.e. no use of propane grill).
Trash must be properly disposed of within metal bear bin alongside driveway. Do not leave any food or beverages in your vehicle as bears will not hesitate to help themselves to your goodies and can cause significant vehicle damage.
Home must be properly secured (doors locked, windows closed / locked) whenever not present in the home.
The driveway is on a seasonal plow service, whereas they come once per day when it snows more than 6 inches. They generally follow the road plows and will first clear the berms at the end of the driveway. You’ll need to move your cars so that the plows can access and clear the driveway (which takes less than 5 minutes once cars are out of the way).
There are a few steps that lead up from the parking area to the deck and side entry door. During winter months, the stairs and deck maybe covered with snow that’s accumulated. We do our best to ensure reasonable access to the property, but depending on the timing of your arrival (if during or immediately following a storm), there maybe snow snow that needs shoveling. There are shovels located onsite that can be used by guests, but we recommend that you travel with a shovel during winter conditions.
WINTER ADVISORY: By reserving this house during the winter months (November - April), you acknowledge that you will be traveling into the mountains and that winter storms are common and often unpredictable. The dates that you are choosing to reserve are being held for your group and are therefore unavailable for other groups to reserve. In all cases, our cancellation policy will prevail. There will be no consideration afforded for difficult travel due to winter weather condition. We strongly advise that you pay attention to incoming storms and / or changes in weather patterns in order to help avoid travel delays or disruptions. It is also strongly advised that you travel with a 4WD or AWD vehicle, carry snow chains , and have a shovel that can be used if needed to dig out a stuck vehicle.
ALL SEASONS ADVISORY: By reserving this house, you acknowledge that you will be traveling to the mountains and that Lake Tahoe (while beautiful) is in a natural forest setting. As such, it is possible that you may encounter spiders, ants, field mice, etc. at properties throughout the area. We take every proactive measure to prevent pests from finding their way inside the property (i.e. regular cleanings, seasonal deep cleanings, routine pest control - i.e. spray perimeter and crawl space areas, set traps, seal up holes of entry, etc.). Despite those efforts, there’s always a rare possibility that pests can find their way inside the home (as it only takes a very small entry point for that to occur). This is simply a reality of living in the mountains. By accepting our house rules, you acknowledge this Advisory and agree that there will be no refunds or adjustments to pricing should you encounter a pest(s) within the home.

Esta cabaña se encuentra en Kings Beach, en las montañas y en un lago. Northstar California Resort y Palisades Tahoe son excelentes opciones para los que buscan unas vacaciones activas, pero si prefieres sumergirte en la naturaleza, Parque estatal Lago Tahoe-Nevada y Parque Sand Harbor son lo que necesitas. North Shore Parasail y Minigolf Kings Beach también merecen la pena. Aprovecha que la montaña está cerca para disfrutar del esquí de fondo y del snowboard, y no te pierdas actividades como el patinaje sobre hielo y los paseos en moto de nieve.
