Piers & Pines II (at Island Pointe Resort) is perfectly situated with excellent views of the outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) from the large windows or deck. This beautiful property is perfect for a family`s summer vacation or a winter ladies` getaway to Sundara. Golfers are just one mile to Wild Rock! There is a wide path for walking or biking that passes by this property for you early morning exercise people.
Piers & Pines II is the kind of place where you wake up in the morning and drink coffee on your private deck, easily come and go from the pool, and let the kids run free in the play area. You may fish from the docks, play volleyball on our grass court, or enjoy BOTH of our beach areas as well!

We are available if needed, but give our guests the space they deserve to enjoy a hassle free vacation.
Island Pointe Resort is a mixed-use property consisting of vacation rentals, residents, and second homes.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
Island Pointe Resort is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, with a mixture of full-time residents and short-term renters. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests.
Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those registered in the booking may not be in the in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest.
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons. This includes visitors and applies to amenities as well.
• Parking. Guests may park only TWO vehicles in the parking lot in front of the condo. Boats/trailers may be parked in the boat/trailer parking area across the street. Must ask for a key/access.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Full time residents and neighboring guests appreciate your consideration inside the condo during this time as well.
• Pool Area. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool area. No running or diving is allowed. Pool hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm – Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Beach Areas. Enjoy two private beaches at Island Pointe Resort. Please refrain from glass on the beach.
• Pool and Beach Towels: Please bring your own pool and beach towels if needed.
• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use located at the Clubhouse. No grills of any type are permitted on the deck/balcony.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot, located near the entrance.
• Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep docks always clear of tripping hazards.
• Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual Island Pointe owners. A rental slip may be available – please inquire with Destination Dells.
• Kayak Racks. Kayaks are owned by Island Pointe owners, and are not for guest use.
• Smoking. All units are non-smoking.
