~Bedrooms: Enjoy three roomy bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, plush new linens, ample closet space, and bright windows.
~Decor: The home is decorated with fascinating artwork from around the world and stocked with an array of books, creating a welcoming space that’s full of discoveries.
~Dining Area: The dining area is perfect for family meals or fun chats, with lovely views of the backyard and seating for six.
~Kitchen: Our well-equipped kitchen includes a compact dishwasher and all the essentials for cooking up a storm.
~Living Room: Relax in the living room featuring a 55` FireTV, a reclining sofa, extra chairs, and direct access to the patio.
~Office: There’s a spacious office behind the kitchen with a monitor, printer, and office supplies, ideal for when you need to focus.

Exterior Features:

~Screened-in Patio: The large two-level patio is perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. It includes a comfy seating area for eight with a TV and a lower dining space for six.
~Backyard: The shaded backyard is a serene spot for quiet chats or simply enjoying some alone time.
~Bike: Included with your rental there is a large men`s bike to ride during your stay.

Please Note:

The approach road is unpaved with large potholes; may not be suitable for vehicles with very low-clearance.
Exiting requires backing out of the driveway.
Only dogs are allowed; no other animals.
A security camera monitors the driveway entrance.
The wood stove is not for guest use.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
- Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
- Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
- Parties and/or events are not allowed
- No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
- Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
- $150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
- Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
- Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
- Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
- Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes.
- No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
