Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A spacious place to getaway with a fenced yard and park nearby in a friendly neighborhood. OKC and Guthrie are a 15-20 minute drive away. Located in town with nearby grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, shopping, Amusement park, splash pads, movies, arcades and anything else you would need nearby. King bed in master and queen and full in others. We also supply an air up mattress with fresh linens to sleep 8 people comfortably.

We were so happy with this house! It was beautiful!! Very clean well maintained!! Our older kids came in from out of town for our youngest daughter’s birthday and basketball games. It was the perfect house for us all to relax and spend time together!! Thank you so much!!

We are so glad you guys enjoyed yourselves. Everything was great except the big black dog that was not supposed to be there. There was dog hair and dander all on the couch and hair on the living room rug and I asked for the pet deposit and still haven’t received. It put our cleaner very behind because it wasn’t a pet stay cleaning which takes longer and requires special cleaning services for peoples allergies. Please in the future let host know a pet will be with you so you know the rules and fees. Thank you for the review. I strive for everyone to enjoy their stay and feel at home!

Found the home clean. Beds were nice and the neighborhood very quiet. Would gladly stay again. Grocery store and several restaurants nearby.

This was a comfortable home and conveniently located to restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. The beds aren't too firm and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and kid friendly with sidewalks for bikes or scooters. The kitchen is well equipped and any cooking utensil we needed was onsite. Nice big back yard. We travel to Edmond for sports events and will stay here again.

Beautiful home

Beautiful house. Was great for me and my friends when we needed a place to stay the night before a wedding. The neighborhood was very calm and nice and didn’t have any problems with parking.

Fabulous place to gather!

We rented this home as a place to stay while we were in the area to attend an event at the Lazy E near Guthrie. The kitchen had everything we needed to share a wonderful meal together, the whole place was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The host was a wonderful communicator. We would book again!

The house was really nice and home like. We appreciated all the hospitality and having all the information ahead of time. What made the house so welcoming were all the little special touches, like the coffee bar and the decor. We really appreciated being able to bring the family pet to the house and being able to have our kids hang out in the backyard. Check in and check out were a breeze. It was a cozy place to gather with our loved ones.

Clean, Comfy, Convenient

We were very happy to have found this home for our short stay in Edmond. The house is spotless and well-appointed. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, being able to use the garage, and plenty of safe walking areas with our dogs. We would definitely reserve again if/when we return to Edmond. Thank you!

Christmas in Edmond

The property is exactly like the photos. It was very cozy, welcoming and clean. There was even a little welcome package for our pet. Jennifer was a wonderful hostess. She was quick to respond and the information book was so helpful! will definitely stay againagain.

We loved the house and the location and great yard for my dog. The main problem we had was the air conditioner was not working and the house stayed around 75. We finally got a big fan for the living room, and this helped tremendously. We called the host, and she did send an AC guy out and he said it was fine.

Very comfy house

Very nice, clean, and comfy house in a quiet residential area. Good location with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. It has a large fenced back yard and a gas grill on the patio. Very pleasant neighborhood for walking. Kitchen is very well equipped – everything we needed was there. We had a minor problem and Jennifer was very quick to respond. We had a very enjoyable 3 weeks stay!

Fun visit with mother/brother and sister in law having family dinners in the evening to review events of the day. The beds were so comfortable! Would love to have used the fireplace-- couldn't find the key. We couldn't find the light switch for the overhead light in the LR-- so we had "ambiance":) Very nice visit!! Thank you!!

So glad you enjoyed the stay! We keep the fireplace key on top of mantle so kids don’t play with the gas. We also need to get the chimney swept before we want guest to use to ensure the safety of it. That’s why I didn’t put fireplace in listing yet. Also the light switch is connected to the remote right by the switch. Just needed to press power button on remote to turn on light. If ever you return please feel free to ask any questions like that while you’re there to better enjoy your stay! Thank you!

Excellent stay!

One of the best overall experiences we have had with VRBO. Well kept property in a very quiet neighborhood. Great access to Edmond & most OKC amenities! Actually got to the property a little early and the contact reached out to us when she noticed our failed attempt to code in allowing us early access even before we could complete the message requesting it! We loved the welcome gift for our furry family member! The listed items furnished were an adequate supply, the check out instructions were clear & easy, & the property was very clean! Highly recommend!

David and his guest were great! They left the house looking great and followed rules and checkout list. They had great communication with me and would love to have them again if they are around. Would recommend renting to!

Ants was the issue

The house was smaller than expected but the Hot water is Too Hot & the worst part which is what really grossed Us out was Ants in the Master Bathroom Coming from the sink, shower & out of the wall by the 3rd night they were crawling on Our toothbrushes and a couple crawled on Me they were on the towels I used when drying off! Did inform the Host & her response was pests can occur & no one has complained about the ants. Well it is spring & I would recommend an Exterminator monthly or at least every other month so this issue doesn’t occur again!! But I would definitely take pictures if you see any ants so the host believes you!

I’m so sorry you experienced seasonal ants during your stay. Cleaners or guests before never saw anything or else it would have been taken care of before your arrival. If I would have known before your departure of your 3 day stay I could have come and sprayed then so you could have been more comfortable during your stay. Next time please feel free to reach out to the host as soon as a problem occurs so it can be dealt with in a timely manner.
