The Alpine - Park City Home Mountain Home w/ hot tub, deck, and 3BR!
Nestled in the Wasatch at 6962 feet, you are surrounded by pine and aspen trees with crisp, clean air. Our peaceful location is the perfect spot to enjoy your vacation. The beautiful vaulted-ceiling great room has a dining area, open-concept kitchen, and sitting area. An adjoining elevated deck with a grill allows friends and family to gather to eat al fresco, relax, or enjoy the hot tub. The dedicated family room is great for movie nights, with a large-screen Smart TV, blackout curtains, tons of cozy blankets, an electric fireplace, and a mini split for aircon during summer and added warmth during the winter. Off the TV room is the upper deck, where you can sit at canopy level and enjoy the expanse and tranquility of the mountain views. If you are here during summer, the lower backyard is accessible by a staircase from the main deck to two (2) hammocks and a cornhole game if you are feeling competitive. Dedicated laundry is in the garage, along with a second fridge if you need it. During the winter, we have a snow removal service. We also supply each snow area with a shovel and salt when needed.

Park City Alpine Retreat boasts a range of luxurious amenities for a seamless stay. Every detail has been considered, from the fully-stocked kitchen, including Keurig, french press, immersion blender, and food processor, to the high thread count linens and Malin & Goetz soaps. Our Smart TVs, powered by Roku, provide access to log into your streaming accounts for Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, and Disney+. Additionally, the property offers a robust workspace featuring high-speed wifi, an ergonomic chair, an electric standing desk, a High-Definition monitor with an integrated docking station, and a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse.

Home Configuration ~
Main Floor:
The main entry from the front porch invites you into the vaulted great room, which has an open-plan dining, kitchen, sitting area, and tall windows overlooking the outdoor deck. Hot tub towels are next to the couch!
The Family room, up a few stairs, has a sitting area, a daybed, a Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a mountain canopy deck.
There are two bedrooms, one with a California King and the second with a Queen, and a full bathroom toward the right of the main entrance down a small hallway. Each has ample closet space, hooks for all your ski stuff, and a glove/helmet basket in winter.
Upstairs:
The Main Bedroom has a luxurious California king, two walking closets, a main bathroom with a soaking tub, and a lot of hooks for stuff;)
The loft is a dedicated office space with a comfy day bed.
Garage and Driveway:
The garage has two (2) spaces marked for guests. The driveway is large and available when snow removal is not needed.
Guests can enter the home through the garage for easy unloading and loading. This is the recommended access to the house during the winter due to the snow load we can experience at this altitude.

Summit Park, a Park City community, has natural beauty, abundant wildlife, and outdoor recreational opportunities. Out your door are many hiking and mountain bike trails, world-class ski resorts in every direction, shopping and dining experiences in Park City, and just 20 minutes away from the vibrant downtown of Salt Lake City. Summit Park offers the perfect blend of convenience and serenity.

Canyons Village - 18 minutes to the free lot
Park City - 20 minutes to all reserved lots
Big Cottonwood Entrance - 25 minutes (Brighton and Solitude require reservations)
Little Cottonwood Entrance - 30 minutes (Snowbird has some free parking / Alta requires reservations)
Restaurants - In every direction! The closest is 10 minutes. We love Billy Blanco’s and O’Shucks.
Jeremy Ranch Golf Club - 5 minutes
Bonneville Golf Course - 10 minutes
Airport - 30 minutes
Stuff to Do ~
Winter: Ski, snowboarding, cat skiing at Snowbird or Powder Mountain, backcountry skiing excursions with Snowbird, heli-skiing with Powderbirds, snow tubing at Woodward.
Summer: Paddleboarding at Jordanelle, rafting, kite surfing (the neighbor across the street is an instructor), hiking, walking, mountain biking, and golf.

Summer - Dedicated 2-car garage parking and driveway parking.
WINTER Parking Rules: (2) 4-WHEEL VEHICLES ONLY. To facilitate snow removal, park all cars in the garage, not the driveway.
Guest Access ~
Guests have full and exclusive access to the home, decks, hot tub, and backyard in summer, with a few closets locked off for maintenance and cleaning items. The basement mother-in-law apt. is locked off for the owners, Tim and Laura, your hosts; typically, there is no crossover in the summer or fall months unless there is a maintenance issue or we are en route to Argentina in August and need to pick up our skis. We are generally on-site for the winter months because we love the snow; we arrive after Christmas. We keep to ourselves, have our own exterior entrance (the red doors), and use our car in the garage. In winter, we are here to help in any way, to navigate snow removal timing so you can get to the slopes for POW (Tim will get up early if you want to get Snowbird’s first tracks!), advise on how to navigate parking at any of Utah’s fantastic ski resorts or to resupply any items promptly that we stock. In the other months, my co-host, Aubrey, is available off-site to attend to any needs.
