Great property! Location offers back porch seclusion with quick access to all the action of Sevierville & Pigeon Forge. Plenty of space for our crew of 6. Beautiful open design, lots of sunlight. Pool & hotub were our kids favorite part of the entire trip.

I can’t explain enough how amazing our stay was . The home had all the bells and whistles: pool, jacuzzi, 2 decks , multiple floors , game area , the list goes on . The property owners were so kind and responded to all of my inquiries quickly. The location is around the corner from everything but still gives you a sense of solitude. We will be back again .

Great stay! Property is absolutely beautiful, remote location AND close to everything. The view is stunning. The beds were very comfortable and all of the bathrooms would make hosting a large group a breeze. The kitchen is well-appointed but very small. It worked for the 2 of us, but we would have struggled if there were more of us. Great hot tub. It's is still a fantastic place.

Very beautiful cabin, in a nice off the beaten path area. It’s an upcoming resort with cabins being built throughout the community but that doesn’t take away from what this area offers. Owners were super responsive to any feedback we had. The pool was an added touch that allowed us to enjoy time in privacy as a family. No crowded community pools or water parks to deal with. Overall, everyone was extremely impressed. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot, home was nicely decorated, just a great place to unwind. Thank y’all and all the best to you.

The place is brand new, really nice and very clean. Fully stacked with starter kits in the kitchen and bathrooms. Pool was great for the little ones. Loved the hot tub. Parking was a plus for 4 vehicles. Also, host was very helpful and responsive.

The hosts were amazing. They were in contact with us every step of our stay. We ran across a small issue that was resolved within the hour. We traveled with 2 grandkids (4&2), they loved the pool and the bunk beds that were there. They had laundry soap and every bathroom had all amenities you would need for your stay, it truly was a pack light and relax trip. Would highly recommend

Weekend stay

Stephen and Jennifer were great host and very responsive to any questions I had. The amenities were great and we enjoyed all the patio seating while grilling steaks.

Beautiful Property

This new property is beautiful, and just as listed. Outside deck has a very pretty and relaxing view. Amenities were top notch. Very easy to get back/forth to the main road. Stayed here for college graduation at UT - and was a wonderful stay for our family, and easy to get back/forth to Knoxville. Host was very responsive as well! Would definitely stay again.

Everything was good . What I didn't like was that my daughter got up a little late and I asked for an extra hour to be the check-out and then told me that it wasn't possible for cleaning reasons. I understand, but one hour wasn't much, but that's the rule.

Mountain Retreat

The home was new and well maintained. It had beautiful views and plenty of activities to keep us busy on rainy days. The hot tub was nice to relax in the evenings. Our hosts were quick to respond to any problems or concerns we had.

New house, great for small family.

This house is great for a small family and amenities are accurate. We loved the decks and enjoyed the pool! Property manager is great to respond and resolve any issues quickly. Big open living area which is really nice, but also hard to keep cool if booking in the heat of the summer. We would stay here again, just not in the middle of a very hot June! Overall great stay!

Spring Break

20 minutes to Dollywood. All the touristy Pigeon Forge stuff close by, and close hikes in the Smoky Mountain National Forest. Host not local but extremely responsive and has some boots on the ground people that really help when there are any issues. Also, the pool in the basement is great for the kids to romp around in and get energy out while the parents can relax on the deck chairs and enjoy the hot tub right outside. If this was closer to our home, we’d come all the time.

Great Property Close to everything that the Pigion Forge, Gatlinburg and Serveville has to offer in the Great Smokies . Our family Spent 5 days there which Including easy access to food and grocery stores. Home is In Newly Developed Neighborhood but still somewhat private with great back porch view. As others have said the road is typically steep.. but hey it's the mountains so that is expected. It is well paved and easy access from the main parkways...just minutes off HWY 40. Amenitys are nice and modern with ample extras in the . Kitchen, like toaster ,blender, ninja pressure cooker, and coffee maker. Well stocked with towels and linens in each room. The house was clean and well appointed. It was a great place to lay our head after long days at Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Pigion Forge, the national Park.and Exotic Petting zoo. I have a large immediate family of ten from 18 all the way down to 6 months .. So it was nice for everyone to have a comfortable place to sleep. So if you looking for a safe great place to sleep this is the place for you. The younger ones also enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi and games on our chill day Sunday prior to our departure the next day.Over all great experience. My only comment would be if you are looking for a common area for larger groups to hangout and mingle this is not the place for that because the living room/kitchen is on the small side.. But if you are looking for a comfortable place for a large group to sleep and enjoy this is for you!

We stayed here with 5 kids and 4 adults. Plenty of room, the kids loved the pool and hot tub and we were close enough to all of the amenities the area has to offer. We weren’t aware these cabins are in a newer development. There is ongoing construction right across the street and the start early. Other than that we had a lovely stay. Our host was very attentive and available if we needed anything.

We are Stephen and Jennifer Noorlander and are originally from Utah but have now settled in Moses Lake, WA after several years of hopping from state to state. We love to travel both inside and outside the country and enjoy doing almost anything that is active. We enjoy hiking, camping, love being in the water and love playing board games. We have three amazing children who enjoy being outdoors as much as us! Of our three children we have been blessed to have a child who has some medically complex issues. After countless hours of hospital visits, doctor appointments, surgeries, etc we understand the need for personal time away with the family and friends. We understand that each family has their own stresses that they need an escape from and we want to make Reedmont Retreat your escape.

Reedmont Retreat (RR) is less than two miles from the city but yet far enough away that you are out from the busyness of life which makes it a great place to unwind and enjoy the scenic views from your private balcony. At night you can leave your window open and listen as the Smoky Mountains come alive with some of the various animals that are in the area! Being outdoor enthusiasts we wanted to find a place that not only we would enjoy but allow others to enjoy as well as RR is in close proximity to zip lining, water parks, the Smoky Mountains and of course Dollywood! The area is quiet and secluded allowing for relaxation and safety.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Reedmont Retreat (RR) has its own indoor heated pool. On the walls of the pool room you will find painted murals of some of the animals that are found in the Smokies that were painted by a local artist! RR also has a four person hot tub to enjoy on the chilly nights. As much as we love being outdoors we also love spending time indoors playing family games. RR has a large selection of board games for both children and adults for late night evenings or cold and rainy days. Or just days you want to stay in to relax! RR also has a shuffle board and an arcade with over four dozen different games allowing for hours of fun for family and friends. Each bedroom has their own private tv allowing you to escape and have some quiet time. Each bed has a throw blanket for additional warmth and comfort with a few extra blankets in the living room. The location is also great as it is away from a lot of the busy traffic and easy to get to and from local attractions.
