Relax in Style at The Vogue Retreat – Spacious Modern Victorian Apartment
Welcome to The Vogue Retreat, a spacious upper-level apartment in a beautifully restored Victorian home. This 1200 sq. ft. unit features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, offering comfort, charm, and modern amenities in the heart of Oswego.
Perfectly situated just a 5-minute walk from downtown shops, restaurants, the children’s museum, and West Park, you’ll be close to everything while enjoying your own peaceful retreat.
Step outside onto the large, covered balcony, complete with a fire pit and gas grill—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine while people-watching. Located on the second floor above a professional hair salon, this thoughtfully designed apartment provides both privacy and convenience. While the salon is active during the day (Monday–Friday 9 AM–7 PM and Saturday 9 AM–2 PM), noise is minimal. You may occasionally hear the front door close as clients come and go, but the apartment itself remains peaceful. Guests will enjoy:
• A spacious master suite with private full bathroom, walk-in closet, vanity, and in-unit washer & dryer
• A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and luxury salon-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
• A fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals—cookware, utensils, dinnerware, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, spices, oils, flour, sugar, and a Keurig with complimentary flavored pods
• A large, inviting living space perfect for families, friends, or extended stays.
Guest Access:
Guests access the apartment through the main front door on Bridge Street. Once inside, the apartment entrance is the door on the right. The salon entrance is on the left. The unit is equipped with a Schlage touchscreen keypad—you’ll receive your personal code 2–3 days before check-in.
Please note:
• There are stairs leading up to the front porch as well as one flight of stairs inside to reach the apartment level
• The building and entryway are secure and separate from the salon. Extra Perks
• Guests receive 20% off any salon or spa services at In Vogue Salon & Elysian Spa during their stay!
• Enjoy spa-inspired touches like plush towels and high-end bath products
• Centrally located with easy access to downtown nightlife, lakefront views, and cultural attractions. THINGS TO NOTE
• The property is located in a lively area of Oswego; street activity and city sounds may be heard, especially on weekends
• This listing is not suitable for those who cannot manage stairs, as both exterior and interior steps are required
• Free designated parking is available in the private lot between 62 and 70 W Bridge Street (one overnight vehicle per reservation)
