This brand new house with all new appliances sits on a quiet, rural road but is only 10 mins from town. With tall vaulted ceilings and radiant floor heating, it feels like lofty luxury. Boasting a large walk-in shower for 2, super comfortable mattress, Smart TV, private driveway, full size fridge and stove , on-site washer and dryer, and all the extra amenities for daily life you might need, its a great place to call home. The 2 acre property is surrounded by Redwood and Maple trees and has a large outdoor garden complete with a fire pit. The Mad River is a few hundred feet away with easy access for summer swimming.

Crystal clear rivers and pebble beaches meander through its rolling hillsides. This neighborhos is quiet and nature-filled. There are redwoods on the propery and the river is just a few hundred feet away with easy access for swimming in the summer. Our neighbors are all friendly. Its a lovely road to take a walk on. Its close by to stores, restaurants, etc, yet it feels like living in the country.

Grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops are just 5 mins away, while the cute downtown area of Arcata is just a 12 min drive away. Arcata has bars, restaurants, movie theatres and weekend farmers markets in the town square. There are wild life sanctuaries, gorgous beaches, and redwood parks all around us.
