Relax with your family and friends in this home built for entertainment in a community with so many amenities, you will struggle to decide what to do. Nestled just minutes from Bethany Beach and area restaurants, Ocean View Beach Club has it all. Large outdoor pool, fitness center, vibrant clubhouse, library, shuttle service to downtown Bethany, need I say more?

The home has a large garage for vehicle storage or beach equipment, chef's kitchen generously stocked with all you need to cook, designated dining area, comfortable living space, back patio with a gas firepit and grill, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, the owner's suite with full bathroom, king bed and a wonderful soaking tub, bedroom two has a queen bed, bedroom three has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 queens. FOUR full bathrooms total in this home.
The loft area allows for additional living space for relaxing. The driveway holds four medium size cars, designated workspace in the downstairs office has an extra bed if needed but is not considered a bedroom. Washer and dryer can be found in the utility closet on the second floor.

All guests access the home from the smart lock on the front door; codes are given out the morning of your arrival.

To use the amenities at the clubhouse, the user must pay $38 per week, per person for anyone 6 years or older. They must be purchased from the clubhouse with a credit card only. All guests staying at SeaScape Rental properties will be automatically on the list, so you do not need to bring proof of rental contract. All amenities are available for guests except the indoor pool, which is for residents only.

A weekend shuttle operates in the community taking guests to the Bethany Beach boardwalk free of charge.

If you would like us to supply the linen package to you (Linens, Washcloths, Hand towels and Towels) please let us know after you book. The cost for this service is $175.00 total, payable to our cleaning division.
