If anything is found broken or stolen, a damage claim will be submitted, and you will be liable “X” amount of dollars.

Smoking in this non- smoking home will elicit a $250.00 charge to the card being used.
Security deposit will be taken if rules are violated in addition to the smoking fee.

** Please don’t put anything in the washer upon departure. Having it sit in the washer will stain the fabric. Please allow our cleaning ladies to do these tasks.
