Panoramic View boasts 3 levels, each offering unique features and amenities. The main level is equipped with an open kitchen, complete with an island, and two dining tables, a cozy living room with ample seating, and a large 50 " Roku TV. & a gas fireplace, additionally, this level includes a luxurious king bed suite with a full shower and bath & in -room jetted tub, as well as a large covered porch that spans the entire back of the house, the mountain views are spectacular from each level of the cabin.

Moving up to the upper level, you will find 2 king bedrooms and a shared full bath, providing comfortable accommodations for guests. Descending to the lower level from the main floor, you will discover 2 more king bedrooms, a bedroom with a set of queen bunks, and 2 full baths. This level also features entertainment options such as a pool table, arcade game, and a sitting area with a 50-inch Roku TV,& a gas fireplace ensuring a fun-filled stay for all visitors, this game room also has access to another large covered deck with an ample size hot tub for relaxing water therapy.
Cabin Owner allows 1 pet-dog only please.

The cabin has a major problem with hot water. The upstairs shower never gets close to even warm, based on past reviews the management company knows this is a problem and it has yet to be addressed. The other three bathrooms do have hot water, but there is only enough hot water for 2 very short showers. Eagle Property Management was very attentive and quick to respond when we called about the hot water. A heating element in the hot water tank was replaced, but the upstairs shower remained cold. There is only a 50 gallon hot water tank for the entire cabin, the cabin has 4 showers and can sleep 16 people… a 50 gallon tank is nowhere near enough for that size. We had to shower hours before bedtime so that there was hot water and still most people had warm/cold showers. Pretty frustrating considering how much we paid for our stay.

Great location and check in process was very easy. The layout of the cabin was nice for our multi-generational family. Biggest complaint was the cleanliness and quality of the overall cabin. Several mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. The linens were very thin and old and not all the beds had mattress covers. One of the downstairs bathroom floor was still wet and had hair on it. The leather couches in the living room were all peeling and very worn. There was also no hot water at the kitchen sink. We definitely expected a better experience for the price. We will be looking elsewhere for future visits.

Nice, but for the money, should be better!

Overall, there is some obvious signs of wear and tear from use of the property...furniture, appliances, lighting, etc. In my opinion, this should be reviewed by the owner or property manager. Also, for the cost of the rental, there should be more than one roll of paper towels or an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a six bedroom cabin. Also, there is a real lack of any kind of outside grill. I don't mean to be critical and maybe we are just too picky, but I have to be honest. The resort location is great and close to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. The pool is nice and convenient. I admit that our family had a nice stay, but the lodging could have been so much better with attention to some details as I have mentioned.

Nice place with great view

We stayed here for my son's graduation from UT Knoxville.Place was as described in listing. Only negative was bed in the master suite was very spongy and soft. Also, initial gate code was not correct causing a delay to access property. We had to work with the after-hours service who then had to relay the message to management.

Perfect Getaway at the Great Smoky Mountains

We had a great experience at our recent stay with friends and family, at the Panoramic view cabin in Pigeon forge. The cabin was perfectly located, offering an amazing view of the mountains and peaceful surroundings.The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. It had everything we needed to feel at home, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and a beautiful deck where we could relax and enjoy the views. Hot Tub was clean and pre set at perfect temperature. The location was ideal for exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We were just a short drive from hiking trails, scenic drives, and waterfalls. The host was responsive and helped with anything we needed during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the cabin stay!

Beautiful stay!

The house was so beautiful and pictures were accurate. We enjoyed every minute. Just a couple issues. The hot water didn’t really get past a “warm” temp. It’s didn’t get warm at all in the upstairs bathroom. We could have called to have maintenance take a look but we were too busy having fun! The upstairs beds did not provide a great night’s sleep…the mattresses were quite uncomfortable. Other than these things, the stay was amazing!

Family gathering

House was clean furnished nicely and had a beautiful view . Just a few comments/suggestions. It would have been nice to have a few basic toiletries in the bathrooms. Most places we have stayed have provided that as well as basic seasoning in the kitchen like salt and pepper. Also it would be nice to have one to two side tables on the porch to put beverages on as you sit outside enjoying the beautiful view.
