It was fine, a place to sleep. The maintenance on the property is lacking, but everything worked. We felt safe staying there.

this apartments very and clean accurate to photos given! only thing is wifi is hard to connect to with tv.

The location is not in a nice area I would expect more from Vrbo. I was frantically looking for a place and after I looked at the surrounding areas it was not a place I wanted to stay. The landlord would not even respond or give half back. Very poor service in my opinion.

Cute and Quaint

Overall, it was a good stay. It wasn't in the best area, however, we never felt unsafe and no one bothered us. The one thing I did not like was that there is only one windown unit to cool the entire place and it did not do well. It was very warm during the day and still warm at night when sleeping. It was a tad unconfortable. Parking can be a nightmare. You cannot park in front of the house, You have to find somewhere in the area to park. During the day, it was easy to find something close. At night, we had to walk many many blocks and had to leave my car in an area that I felt very uncomfortable with. Just a few small details, but overall, it was a good stay.

We walked in, a huge dead roach is on the floor, there was absolutely no cleaning done to this place. Living room tv is not working, I wanted to make coffee this morning thanks for the coffee maker and the coffee by the way, but there’s no mugs to pour the coffee into so I have to drink my coffee out of a bowl like a dog. It’s hot in here. I asked if he could supply us with a fan that didn’t happen. We had to sleep in the living room with the little AC that doesn’t work properly. There are no small rags to bathe with only two dry off towels and the toilet got backed up and water started pouring into the tub..We paid almost 800 for this place. I expect a little accommodation or some kind of amenity.Update: The host did listened eventually and supplied us with a fan, mugs and a plumber. At least the issues were resolved. Overall, not a terrible stay…quiet area and the grocery store was near. Future guests, You’re welcome for the fan btw lol.

Owner wouldn't respond to my request for the address until Vrbo treatened to penalize him. So check in was delayed 4 hrs. Bad neighborhood. Ran-down property. No parking / had to park 3 blocks away. Ac in living room only & it blew hot air. There's a window at the top of the door facing the bed & the paint is scraped away in the corner of the door's window giving a perfect view of the bed from outside of the apt. We discovered this & hung a towel over the window. Sewage water backed up into the tub the second night of our stay & we had to endure it & the horrific stench until the following afternoon when the owner came. I could not bare to stay there another day. So we checked out 1 day early & got a hotel room. Which was an additional expense. I would NEVER stay there again, not even for free & I would NEVER recommend this place for anyone else to stay!! This is a case of you get what you pay for. RENTER BEWARE!!!!

2/5 I stayed here recently, and unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. Wi-Fi Issues: The internet was barely functional. It seemed like the host used a portable hotspot, which was unreliable and made it difficult to stay connected. Parking Challenges: The host mentioned parking near Park Ave would be "easily accessible," but that wasn’t the case. Coming back late at night (around 11 PM or 12 AM), I spent 30 to 45 minutes hunting for a spot. Insufficient Amenities: For a booking meant for 4 people, the place was equipped with only one blanket and two towels. We had to request additional items, which should have been provided upfront. While the location had its charms, the inconveniences made the stay less enjoyable. Improvements in these areas could significantly enhance the guest experience.
