We are available remotely and let you enjoy the apartment in private. Be mindful of the guests in the apartment below you.
We are in walking distance to the Fells Point Waterfront, Johns Hopkins, Patterson Park, Harbor East, Little Italy and the Inner Harbor.
Established in 1763, Fell’s Point is a city, state, and National Historic District and boasts more than 300 buildings on the National Register, including the oldest standing residence in Baltimore City, the Robert Long House, which is open for tours by reservation.
You can also learn about Fell’s Point’s history as home to the first African American-owned shipyard in the country at the Frederick Douglass-Isaac Myers Maritime Park Museum.
Walk the Belgian block streets, the original stone bricks brought over by trade ships from Europe to Broadway Market, a year-round indoor market built in 1786 that houses a number of international delicacies and local treats.
Once you’re done, stop for a drink at the city’s oldest bar, The Horse You Came In On Saloon (rumored to be Edgar Allan Poe’s last stop before his mysterious death).
Our property is accessed via a smart lock with a unique code once rental forms are submitted with government issued photo IDs to verify age and identity.
Unit 2 is accessed through a separate entry on Portugal Street, up the back deck stairway.
Parking is free around the neighborhood. After 8pm the block itself is full, however, Broadway is located one block away and has ample free parking 8pm-8am.
A shared grill is available to use during your stay.
**NOTE: This guest house features two flights of stairs - one up to the entryway on the second floor and one flight up to the bedroom. You must be comfortable with stairs.** This unit is 2 stories.
This unit has a private entrance but the entire townhouse is available for rent. Please reach out.
The stairwell between the first and second floors is open and we ask that you do not use these stairs.
This apartment is complete with an easy to control Smart lock, central air, smart TV, and comfy furnishings.
The bedroom boasts a king size bed with brand new mattresses and plenty of pillows to customize your comfort.
The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, an automatic and pour-over coffee maker, dishwasher, and oven with two gas ranges. While there is no complimentary breakfast, we always make sure there is coffee, tea, and pantry staples stocked for your convenience.
The living room and bedroom have a flat-screen smart TV where you can access your streaming apps. A desk is provided should you be in town for work.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
**We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you take your shoes off while in our home.**
There is a shared gas Weber grill, available for your enjoyment, on the lower patio level.

By car:
Parking is actually not that hard in Fells Point, although you will need to hunt a little bit for a parallel parking spot. Residential parking is limited to two free hours, after that, you may find your car towed. Read the signs carefully. There are also a good number of metered spots on Broadway and around the harbor, which you can pay via credit card at the meter machines. Fleet St and Broadway are the main avenues.
Lyft + Uber are always great options!
