The Space:
Make yourself at home in an open-concept layout connecting the living room to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave, making it perfect for all your cooking needs. You’ll find everything from pots and pans to cutlery and glassware, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. Complimentary coffee and coffee maker provided.

LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a spacious couch and a Smart TV with access to your favorite apps like Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and more. (Please sign in using your personal accounts.)

BEDROOMS: All 3 bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, featuring queen beds and soft linens that invite a restful night’s sleep. Primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and ensuite and is located over the garage on it's own floor.

BATHROOMS: Two bathrooms that are clean, well-maintained, and professionally sanitized before your arrival. The main floor bathroom has a bath tub and shower combo. The second bathroom is located off the primary bedroom. Fresh towels and essential toiletries, including hand soap, and toilet paper are provided.

LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer are located on the lower level and free for your use during your stay. Laundry soap provided.

GARAGE: One vehicle can park inside the garage and is for use during your stay. Unfortunately, there is no hand held garage door opener, you do have to open and close the door from inside the garage.

DRIVEWAY: One spot available on the far left side of the driveway closest to your front door. Lots of free street parking also available.

DECK: There is a small deck on the front of the property.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the upper suite. Your private entrance is at the front of the property.

Please note, there is a lower level suite with their own private entrance. There are no common spaces. However, you do share the driveway. They get one parking space on the far right side of the driveway. They walk along the right side of the property to their lower level, private suite.

The Neighborhood:
Located in an established family neighborhood with walking trails and parks. Close to Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, and more. All these locations are within walking distance on warmer days.

Other Things to Note:
COMPLEMENTARY AMENITIES: We provide a starter pack of essentials, including coffee, salt/pepper, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and other basic essentials to get you started. This covers most stays, but longer stays may require additional supplies, which will be the guest's responsibility to restock.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 p.m.

LOCK: (The code will be sent 1-hour prior to your arrival)

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m. (Late check-out requests must be submitted 24-hours before check-out time and may be subject to additional fees)

PETS: Pet free home. Sorry, not pets allowed at this location. There will be a fine of $500.00 for any pets found to be staying at this property. The fee will cover the costs for professional cleaning of any fabric surfaces and carpets.
