The Space:
* Please note, we just purchased new mattresses and bedframes. The mattresses have arrived and the bedframes will be here on by the 20th of January. The bedrooms will be fully set up before the the first stay.

ENTRANCE: This entire home is for your use and there are no shared spaces. We use a smart lock system on the front door which allows for the convenience of self check-in. Enter into the main level of the home with high ceilings and an open concept living. Main level of the home has the living room, kitchen, half bath, and washer and dryer.

KITCHEN/DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with all your basic cooking needs plus island seating for four. All appliances are stainless steel with a glass cook top on the stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots, pans, knives, and other cooking and dining essentials. Big dining table that can seat up to eight people for family gatherings.

LIVING ROOM: This spacious main floor living area provides great entertainment with its smart television that has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and many other streaming services. (You must log into your own streaming services.)

FAMILY ROOM: A second living room with lots of seating and another smart television for you to stream your favorite apps. This space is located on the lower level of the home.

BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS: On the second level of the home, you will find three nice sized bedrooms. The Primary bedroom is the perfect space to unwind with it’s king-sized bed, walk in closet, and ensuite. The other two bedrooms have brand new comfortable queen-sized beds with bedside lamps. Both bedrooms have a closet for clothing storage.

BEDROOM LOWER LEVEL: on the lower level, there is a fourth bedroom and full bathroom. The family room is also located on this level.

FULL BATHROOM UPSTAIRS: Full bathroom designed with peace in mind. Fully supplied with essential toiletries like soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, and more. This main bathroom is located on the second level of the home. There is an ensuite off the Primary bedroom as well.

WASHROOM/ LAUNDRY ROOM MAIN FLOOR: The main floor has a half bathroom which is connected to the main floor laundry. The washer and dryer are free to use during your stay. Laundry soap and dryer sheets provided.

BATHROOM LOWER LEVEL: Another full bathroom stocked with essential toiletries.

GARAGE/DRIVEWAY: There is enough room on the driveway for two vehicles. The garage is not available for use during your stay

DECK: There is a nice sized deck off the dining room with seating.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home. There will be a locked closet downstairs that houses our cleaning supplies and extra toiletries that is for our professional cleaning staff.

We have a smart lock on this property that allows guests to check-in without the host.

Other Things to Note:
PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 p.m.

SMART LOCK: (The code will be sent 1-hour prior to your arrival)

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m. (Late check-out requests must be submitted 24-hours before check-out time and may be subject to additional fees)

PETS: This home is not pet friendly.
