Start your day at the waters edge by heading down to the dock for swimming, sunbathing, relaxation, and fun! And did I mention?..the best fishing in town! This home boasts an open concept and spacious floor plan allowing to accommodate many different travelers. The upstairs living room and downstairs great room offer two separate living areas for guests to space out. Equipped with two separate bedrooms, the house also has two additional sleeping areas (futon & trundle bed) in the downstairs great-room.
Conveniently located on the west end of Lake Delavan, this home creates the ultimate haven for retreat and rejuvenation. Consider this home your next best stay, your new family tradition and your best memories to come!

Please note that our Lake house has multiple levels and stairs, ensuring stunning views from various points. We highly encourage you to review the pictures to ensure its suitable for all your guests. 2 car maximum. Owner shall have access to dock at all times. Please inquire if interested in docking boat on shore station during your stay (rated for 4,000lbs). Absolutely no tieing boat up to dock.

Our group was 7 friends and we had a great time at the lake. The house had comfy beds and room for everyone. We spent a lot of time on the dock watching all the boats. The kitchen had plenty of cookware as well as paper towels, coffee and filters. It was exactly what we were expecting!

This is beyond 5 Stars! We absolutely loved this home, location, surroundings,, everything! All of the details were just exactly as described! and even better! A little slice of heaven at the end of the quiet road surrounded by nature, beauty and easy access to the dock and lake. The home is perfect, very clean, well maintained and so many lovely amenities. The lake views are out of this world - it's like you are in a treehouse! The host was super responsive and easy to work with as well. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Our stay was great!! There were 4 of us and the perfect amount of room! My family loved the dock in the backyard for fishing and sunsets. Drinking my coffee and watching the deer on the deck every morning was amazing! The only negative thing and totally my fault for not fully reading the listing is that there is only 1 shower. Our stay was very relaxing but close enough to everything we wanted to see and do!

We had an excellent weekend at the Avalon. Ellie is a fantastic host and very responsive. The house is well equipped, stocked and cozy. My 6 gal pals and I have been hosting annual weekends away for many years. It’s great to have a house where you can dine in, have a drink, enjoy the views and the awesome deck while feeling like you are home.

Good ole family time!

We traveled from Las Vegas for a family wedding. Met up with aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. Has such a great time! The house was fantastic! Super clean, comfortable and stocked better than I’ve ever had in a rental. Being right on the lake was wonderful, so beautiful. Hosts communicated well. We had a a very positive stay.

Friend Getaway

Property was beautiful and tucked away at the end of the road as is represented in the pictures. We loved sitting on the deck for coffee in the mornings and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. The lake wasn't swimmable from the dock area, as there was no beach and was pretty weedy, but the beaches were close by. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Such a great place to stay!

Stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! The dock area was great to spend some time by the water and it was just a beautiful view in general! Great location to. Like 20 minutes from Lake Geneva so not bad if that’s your goal place to be! Only recommendation I have is to have nonslip strips on the deck going into the front door. When we stayed there it rained and it was slippery on the deck area. Other than that it was a perfect spot to stay for the weekend!

Beautiful lake front cabin

Everything was as expected, the host offered a wonderful welcome package with some beers and snacks. We had a bit of trouble checking in, the code we were provided was wrong but the host worked to get us in as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend reading the listing description fully - we missed that there is a 2 car max and brought 5. Luckily there were local options but it did cause some stress (definitely on me for not reading the description fully). The home was clean, we brought kayaks which was a lot of fun, and generally enjoyed a quiet weekend on the water! Thanks for everything!

The perfect lake house for a nice getaway!

This lake house was the perfect little getaway for my friends and I. The location is great with plenty of things to do within a 30min drive. Downtown Lake Delavan was not far as well as the grocery stores. Lake Geneva and Lake Como were also fairly close so we always had somewhere to go when we were not at the house. The house was clean and very spacious for all of us. We also loved that it sits right on the lake and enjoyed going out on the dock. The view was so beautiful! It was also very quiet and peaceful. We even saw several deer on the property. The house had everything we needed which was great! We took advantage of the grill and fire pit in the back. We even received some goodies and a welcome note which was such a nice touch! The host, Ellie, was very responsive whenever we had to reach out to her. Check in and check out we’re both very straightforward. We didn’t experience any issues while we were there and would absolutely recommend this place!
