Welcome to Gem on the Strand! Enjoy an unforgettable experience in this farmhouse style condominium. You will be right next to the Strand and its fine dining, bars and entertainment. With a spacious balcony, you will have a front row seat to all the hustle bustle on the Strand.

Love to cook? The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary creations. Or just order take-out from a wide variety of dining options nearby.

Perfect for an overnight stay before and after you hop off or on your cruise vacation. Our property is cleaned using all non-toxic cleaners and the laundry is also done using non-toxic, biodegradable detergent. Rest assured that at Gem on the Strand we try our best to create a clean and healthy environment.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and in a convenient location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The garage parking was a huge plus and made things much easier. The host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Host was very responsive. Property was perfect for our night in Galveston before the cruise-parking garage was great as parking in Galveston is pretty limited. We walked to restaurants and shopping-super convenient location! Beds were comfortable and the whole property was very clean. Will stay here again in the future for sure!

The rooms were clean with everything we needed ready for us. The hosts were quick to respond to a few questions I had before and on the day of arrival. We were in great walking distance to the strand for shopping and eating. We were a very short Uber ride to the port too.

Our host was the best. He guided us through every step. He was very helpful and met all our expectations. We loved the place as soon as we walked inside. It was clean and decorated beautifully. It was within walking distance of every place we went in the Strand. The private garage was a bonus. We will definitely stay again and recomend it to everyone! Thanks Shawn

The house was clean and linens were fresh. Garage access was a plus, as was the location to restaurants, shops, and cruise port. There's a bar right next door, so you will hear nouse, especially in the bedroom on the 3rd level (not so much from the 2nd level room). It was noisy, but not rowdy.

The place was very clean. Excellent location. We will definitely stay here in the future. If I had to give one thing to make better, I’d say at least one bedroom needs a bigger bed. Besides that this place was fantastic. We’re in town regularly to visit my son at Texas A&M Galveston. So we will be back. Host was quick with answering questions.
