HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.

Just 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport and only 7 minutes from the entrance of the Disney complex, the location is ideal for both leisure and business travelers. The surrounding area features a wide range of amenities, including 24-hour Walmart Supercenter, Kings Supermarket & Liquor, and local neighborhood markets for your everyday needs. Popular stores like Ross – Dress for Less and Full Dollar are nearby and perfect for bargain shopping, while the renowned Premium Outlets are just a short drive away. A variety of dining options are also at your fingertips, such as Black Angus Steakhouse, Columbia, Villagio Restaurant, Sakura Asian Fusion, and several themed bars and grills.

• Clubhouse: A 4,000 square foot clubhouse offers amenities like free Wi-Fi, a 50-inch TV, and a 120-inch projector screen for movie nights;
• Lagoon-Style Swimming Pool: The resort features a lagoon-style community swimming pool;
• Fitness Center: A state-of-the-art fitness center is available for guests who want to stay active;
• Games Room: A game room equipped with a pool table provides a space for fun and entertainment;
• Walking Trail and Conservation Area: Guests can enjoy a scenic walk on the resort's walking trail and explore the surrounding conservation area;

Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

PARKING
• Each unit is allowed 2 cars and they can park in the garage and the driveway.
• If the garage is unavailable to be parked in, there are several free spaces on Oakwater Drive 3. Not allowed to park in the street, up near the Clubhouse or in someone else’ driveway.
• Each guest with a vehicle must register it at the Clubhouse; the hours are 10am – 6pm seven days a week. If you ́re arriving late, you have the option of leaving a note on your windshield stating you will get a parking pass in the morning or call Security Guard at 86-668-1166 and let him know they are on property.

CLUBHOUSE
• All amenities are open to the guests.
• Fitness center and pool are open from 9am – 8pm

TRASH
• Trash must be disposed of in the dumpsters on the right side past the Clubhouse
• Waste gets picked up daily but at varying times.
• We do not recycle, but any cardboard boxes need to be broken down and only household trash can be put in these dumpsters.
• No loose trash.

GENERAL RULES
• Guests are not allowed to receive mail or packages during their stay at Oakwater.
• No glass containers are allowed in the pool area such as cups and bottles.
• Masks are recommended in the Clubhouse, but not required.
