Welcome to 'Elegance on Eastern Lake' professionally managed by Stay on 30a, where luxury meets comfort in the laidback Seagrove Beach community of Scenic 30A.
Elegance on Eastern Lake is a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort. With over 3,800 square feet of living space, this newly constructed 2-story, 4-bedroom home sleeps 11 comfortably. Nestled under soaring pines overlooking the serene Tresca Lake, it is steps away from the white sandy beaches and emerald green water of 30A, where lifelong memories are made. In fact, there are two easy beach access less than a mile away. Tresca Lake is a beautiful peace-filled setting with lilypads and waterfowl, including ducks, egrets, and great blue herons. Guests will love the private pool overlooking Tresca Lake, along with the outdoor living area featuring a gas grill and TV for entertaining. With three nearby beach accesses less than a mile away and a paddle board launch across the street, this beach home is your perfect 30A escape!

BEACH ACCESS
Three public beach accesses a short distance from the home:
1. San Roy Beach Access is at the end of San Roy Road on the eastern side of the Eastern Lake outfall, about 1/4 mile south of Scenic 30A and just a 3 minute bike ride from the home! Eastern Lake is one of our rare coastal dune lakes in SoWal, which periodically open to exchange waters with the gulf. The access has minimal parking.
2. Walton Dunes Beach Access has a small parking lot, but no bathrooms, and is located just west of the Deer Lake State Park boundary. This access has no steps-just walk straight onto the beach. One of our personal favorites and just a 3 minute golf cart ride away from the home!
3. Eastern Lake Beach Access is on the west side of Eastern Lake where the outfall meets the beach at the intersection of South Gulf Drive and Eastern Lake Road, about 1/4 mile south of Scenic 30A. The access has a shower, a bike rack, and a few parking spaces on Eastern Lake Drive. Eastern Lake is one of our rare coastal dune lakes in SoWal, which periodically open to exchange waters with the gulf.

SEAGROVE BEACH COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
Nestled along Florida's scenic Highway 30A, Seagrove offers the perfect blend of old-Florida character and modern coastal comfort. With its sugar-white sand beaches, winding bike paths, and canopy of oaks and magnolias, this peaceful community is ideal for those seeking relaxation, outdoor adventure, and a true taste of 30A living. Enjoy easy access to beach walks, paddle boarding on nearby dune lakes, and some of the area's best dining, all just minutes from your doorstep.
The property is located within a short walk/bike to three access points to the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches - one of them to Eastern Lake, a coastal dune lake that flows right into the gulf- a phenomena that is found in one of 4 places in the World. You'll find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire party's needs.
Take a quick bike ride east in the opposite direction, and you can find yourself at the Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires. 30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach and want a different experience.
Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Flying into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport is a 30 minute drive to the house. Flying into VPS (Destin airport) is a little over a 1 hour drive.
HOUSE RULES
*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.
*Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid drivers license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Private Heated Pool **Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50/day. Must be heated for duration of stay. If selected, it must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on.
*There are no refunds for weather related events. We advise trip insurance during hurricane season (May-November)
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
