Welcome to our condo In the heart of Florence, where you will find this sweet two bedroom and two bathroom condo located at the west end of Bay Street in Florence's old town. This beautiful condo is the perfect getaway for a couple or family wanting to come have fun and explore the Florence Oregon Coast. Just a short walk away are great restaurants, fun stores and boutiques, art galleries, ice cream and chocolate shops, coffee and tea shops, pubs and wine tasting, a well-stocked convenience store with great wines and donuts, featuring spectacular views of the Siuslaw River and iconic Siuslaw Bridge. You can explore the beauty beyond Historic Old Town Florence with scenic hikes, wide-open ocean beaches, the National Dunes, several golf courses and a casino are all within a quick 10 minute drive. Just a few minutes north along the coast and you’ll find fun in the sun and surf at the fabulous Heceta Beach and of course don’t forget to visit the world famous and most photographed Heceta Head Lighthouse as well as the Sea Lion Caves! Grab your sand boards and sand toys and have a fantastic time at the dunes a 5 minute drive south of town. Swim or rent kayaks and canoes to explore Cleawox Lake. Ride horses on Baker Beach. Hunt for agates and other stony treasures at the many beaches.
Inside the condo you will find all that you need for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a couples retreat or family fun, our Old Town River Front Condo is the perfect place to stay.

Fantastic stay at the Old Town River Front Condo. The condo is in the heart of Old Town Florence, within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The condo is clean with a well-stocked kitchen and has two spacious suites. The host is responsive, and the check-in and check-out procedures are easy. We love this condo, we will be back.

Wonderful condo, great view!

We have stayed here several times and it just keeps getting better. Sparkling clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped, and the river view is gorgeous. The hosts are gracious, welcoming and responsive. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Wonderful in Florence

We had a wonderful time. The property was fantastic. It was perfectly located, quiet, clean, and we were so well taken care of. The whole family enjoyed the welcome snacks, coffee, amenities, and the amazing view. We had a ground floor unit with a great view of the river. Can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful Florence Location w/Amazing View

This locations is our go to spot in Florence. First time we stayed in this unit great amenities, clean, awesome covered deck, walk to everything. Don’t forget to visit The Pono Hukilau one of the best restaurants on the west coast! Only a short drive to the sea lion caves 15 minutes.

Thank you so much for the great hospitality. The condo was lovely and we really appreciated the little touches that made our stay so enjoyable (I cannot tell you how happy we were to see coffee with creamer available after a 40 hour trip). Our favorite place to stay in Florence OR

This location is so close to the local downtown and restaurants and is right on the river with an unobstructed view of the river and historic bridge. We like to do our own cooking and the condo was so well appointed we lacked for nothing. Spotless clean and several small touches that welcomed us. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Beautiful Condo on the River

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo had everything you could want and the view can’t be beat! Very relaxing to just sit and watch the river and wildlife! A nice short walk to Old Town for coffee or dinner and drinks! Or ice cream!! You can’t go wrong staying here!

Scenic Stay in Old Town Florence

This was our second stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium. This condominium has it all, fantastic views, outdoor patio overlooking the Siuslaw River and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the marina. The condo is stocked and the owners have thought of all the small touches like coffee, creamer and binoculars. Great stay. We will be back.

Gorgeous River Front in Old Town

We loved this property. It was extremely clean, had all the amenities you could want or need, the view was amazing. Very dog friendly, easy to take the dog out for walks around property or town. They even had heart shaped dog treats available. For the humans they provided an astonishing bowl of snacks. Views from all rooms. We plan on returning in the summer.

This riverfront condo always exceeds our expectations! This was our third stay! The views alone are worth the stay—we spent our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony, watching the river and taking in the scenery. Absolutely stunning.The condo itself was beautifully decorated with a modern, comfortable feel. Both bedrooms had incredibly comfortable beds, and we all slept wonderfully. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, which was convenient and saved us money during our trip.Location couldn’t be better. We walked to several fantastic restaurants nearby and grabbed coffee at a charming local shop just down the street. It was the perfect blend of a peaceful retreat with the convenience of having great spots within walking distance.The space was spotless, and everything worked perfectly. Our host made check-in easy and was available when we had questions. We’re already talking about booking again for our next visit. Highly recommend this gem!

Do it!

I have stayed in many short-term rentals in US and Europe and I put this property at the very top of my ratings, ever. Super clean, updated, spacious, location is ridiculously good AND….the back patio overlooks river, dunes and bridge. It’s an incredible price for how great it is.

Wonderful, pet-friendly property with very thoughtful touches by the owners that elevate the experience. There was a well stocked snack box, clear instructions for the Keurig coffee machine, wifi, laundry and checkout processes. The property was super clean, extremely well stocked with more than enough towels and linens, full kitchen and all that you need to bake, roast, or saute, and even little things like to-go tissue paper or q-tips in each of the 2 bathrooms. The location was right in the middle of the action for Old Town Florence to allow you to walk to all of the restaurants, cafes or shopping in this quaint town, and of course within easy striking distance for all of the outdoor activies availabile to you on the beautiful Oregon coast. My wife, our little dog (the owners are very dog friendly, including little treats and doggie toys, blankets and even waste bags!), and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in October 2025, and look forward to staying here again.

Not sure what to indicate

Enjoyable in general. Really nice location, aside from the proximity to the bridge. Continually listened to the vehicles traveling over the grates of the draw-bridge, but more than preferable to having to deal with adjacent room noise in a hotel.
