Easy to access location off I70 within walking distance of downtown Frisco. Clean with plenty of room for our family of 4. TV in every bedroom, which we didn't need, but is nice. Serves as a great base camp for mountain adventures any season.

Great place to stay

Property was just what we needed for our ski trip. Ion was very accommodating and made sure to message me with helpful information before our stay. Location in Frisco was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property!!!

Great property - very large and comfortable!! Walking distance to everything in Frisco but in quiet neighborhood. Loved having a washer and dryer for all of our ski clothes!!! Owner was super responsive when we had an issue with the door lock. Definitely will stay here again!!!!

Lovely, clean and convenient stay

Ion and Laura’s place was exactly as described. It was spotless, comfortable, and well stocked with basic necessities (for our dog too!). We loved that we were able to walk into town for dinner and walk to hiking trails nearby. It was the perfect place for our little family to get away for the weekend to hike and see a show at Dillon amphitheater. Would definitely stay again!

Had everything we needed

Well furnished vrbo with variety of beds to suit different people's mattress preferences. The space was clean and very well ventilated with several fans throughout. Would stay here again.

Great space in an amazing location

We rented this space for a getaway from the Denver heat. It is so close to the cute Mountain town of Frisco that we walked everywhere! The space is super clean and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and had a lot of extra nice touches including welcome candy and toiletries. We will definitely stay again we highly recommend!

Perfect Frisco Location

This Frisco property was in a great location near the Mt. Royal trailhead and the amazing Main Street. Ion was a great host and quick to respond with any questions we had. Spacious bedrooms and washer and dryer were a big plus. Will choose this property again!

Perfect, well thought out space

We really enjoyed our stay in Frisco and at this property. One plus for us was the location, very close to walk to main street for food or shopping. When we arrived it was very hot that day and they had windows open and fans already running and that was really thoughtful to not have to try and cool it down when we arrived. The bedrooms are all a great size and we didn't feel crowded with our luggage and stuff in the way. We ended up only using one of the bedrooms but we felt the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was also very cozy. You can tell a lot of thought went in to making it a comfortable space. We didn't need them but noticed extra blankets and pillows available. A few other things we really appreciated, there was coffee and coffee filters already there, we didn't have to make a special trip to the grocery store just to have coffee in the morning. There was actually a scrubber to wash dishes. Nothing is more annoying than trying to wash dishes in a vrbo and having nothing to do it with. May seem silly but we really appreciated there being ice cube trays in the freezer and having a roll of paper towels. The shower was also stocked with shampoo, body wash and face wash and had amazing water pressure! We were traveling for the first time with our 3 month old so we came with a lot of stuff and never felt crowded in the space it was very comfortable overall. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
