Nice property,the neighbors dog crapping in the front and back yard and the internet router was by the bed and it made noise so had to unplug when sleeping were the complaints.

Didn't have enough washcloths for bath, only 2 were present upon arrival. Only 6 drinking glasses, had to use wine glasses and coffee mugs to drink out of. House temp was 80 degrees as AC was not turned on prior to arrival. Upstairs bunk beds were hot as near the closet/attic. Dryer had an error code, had to hang dry our laundry on the patio the night before leaving. Upstairs fan was so wobbly I worried it would fall out of the ceiling. It was difficult to turn lights on since everything had an individual remote control. On the plus side, the house had a great quiet location and convenient to Glenwood Springs. It was clean. The view out the backyard was beautiful. The downstairs small bedroom had a nice soft mattress. But basic comfort measures like bathing, going to sleep at a comfortable temperature, and doing laundry were missing.

Fantastic property

This home was a wonderful place to land at the end of a long 2-week camping trip. Spacious, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, beautiful backyard and quiet neighborhood. Close to town (you can walk/bike along the river if you want) and a short drive to Carbondale. The hosts we very communicative. I would highly recommend if for families (3 bedrooms and a bonus room with bunkbeds. They even had a highchair and playpen). I will be back!

The owner is super responsive to communications! They provided a garage door opener to use so having a garage was a huge asset for us. They made it so relaxing because there wasn’t a long list of to-dos at the end. The kids LOVED the place. Access to shopping and other activities only minutes away but neighborhood was so quiet. Would come again!

Ski trip to Sunlight

My group consisted of 4 adults. This property was perfect for our stay. House had a well stocked kitchen, paper and cleaning products available. Property manager was quick to respond to our messages. It took 15-20 minutes to get to Sunlight Mountain and 5 minutes to get to town.

Great location on a walking path along the River!

A great location in Glenwood Springs

The property is amazing! Freshly renovated and spacious. Beds are comfortable with a memory foam mattresses. A great layout and open plan for the living room, dining room and the kitchen. Highly recommend it!

Lovely house!

We had a wonderful time staying here on a quick girls’ trip. The house is beautiful, cozy, very clean and comfortable. The host was easy to reach, very responsive and helpful and accommodating. Great spot! We’ll stay here again.
