Living/Kitchen/Dining Area:
Walking through the front door, you're greeted by an expansive open-concept space that seamlessly blends the living, kitchen, and dining areas. Sink into the plush couch or one of the two chairs and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace while watching the 75-inch TV. The kitchen boasts a fully stocked pantry and a large island with seating for five, perfect for gathering around while preparing meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with seating for seven, offering ample space for family meals or game nights.

Primary Suite 1:
To the right of the dining area lies the first primary suite, offering a tranquil retreat with a comfortable king-size bed and a 55-inch TV. The ensuite bathroom features dual sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower, providing the perfect space to unwind after a day of adventure in Broken Bow or Hochatown.

Primary Suite 2:
On the left side of the dining room awaits the second primary suite, complete with another king-size bed and a 55-inch TV. The ensuite bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower, ensuring guests enjoy the utmost comfort and convenience during their stay.

Game Room:
Located in a separate wing away from the main bedrooms, the game room is a haven for entertainment. Kids will love the full-over-queen bunk beds, providing ample sleeping space for up to eight little adventurers. Enjoy movie nights on the 65-inch TV, challenge each other to games of foosball, or immerse yourselves in retro video games. The mini bar area offers a convenient spot to grab refreshments, ensuring uninterrupted fun for all.

♦︎ Boat Slip - The cabin is approximately a 15-20 min drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip.
♦︎ Gym - The public gym is located in Hochatown, located 10 minutes drive from the cabin. Open Every Day from 6 am to late. (daily pass available)
♦︎ Lake, river, water body - The cabin is very centrally located near everything like the lake, Beavers Bend State park, the Mountain Fork river, the Hochatown Casino, hiking trails and more! Whether you're bringing your own boat or looking to rent one from the marina, you'll have plenty of options to enjoy the water.

◆ Property Policies ◆

Maximum Occupancy: 12, Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement.

A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.
The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging.

✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time:

No pets, No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties!

Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.

Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
