Perfect Family Vacation for Fun and Skiing!

This property was a wonderful home for our family to ski-in/ski-out, and it was such a delight to arrive to this beautiful home —perfectly outfitted for a luxury, but comfortable family week of fun!!The host had handled all of the planning, and had provided sources for grocery delivery, ski delivery, and an in-house chef! He kept all overnight snow cleared off of walking areas for early morning skiers!The house was in a perfect location for all ages in our family to ski from, find easily for lunch break with cousins, and warm -up time.The kitchen was perfectly stocked and the home had ALL amenities needed for a perfect week! Beds were comfortable, house was beautifully decorated for relaxing when the ski day ended!Thank you to the Host for helping us plan the BEST WEEK OF SKIING and FUN!!

TBA (Tree Bashers of America) Descend on Big Sky

We are a group (8-14) of guys that have been doing an annual ski trip together for 24-years now (We suspect it was a master plan of our wives to get rid of us for a week each year, but we're managing ok). The Grey Fox home... - The house and central location on the mountain are fantastic. Perfect for 12-14 peeps (a large group or 3 families plus a master suite for an additional couple). - Easy parking for up to 5 vehicles with one of them (full size truck/Suburban) inside the heated garage. - Very comfortable beds all around. - Great bath facilities. - Great ski run access/return right out the back door! - Excellent boot drier (leave yours at home). Turn it on twice (2-hour timer) in the afternoon/evening, and first thing in the morning, and you'll be good to go! - Tip: Leave your skis at the top of the run access ramp when you come in for lunch and they'll be no burden for the 30-yard walk/virtually zero climb back out after lunch. - Excellent kitchen with all the amenities. Dual ovens, dishwashers, microwave, and you can even sous vide your entrée! All the appliances and cookware you will need. - Gas grill on the back porch, works great. - Great internet. - Great audio/video. - Great hot tub! - If you are good eating in, buy all your groceries and enjoy the stay! - If you are eating out, plan in advance and make reservations before you travel. - Note: There was a minor power issue with one of the three upstairs rooms but the management (excellent by the way) was close by and right on it. Hopefully it is resolved before you visit but you should ask if no power in the one room for a short time is an issue. Big Sky: - Excellent terrain and great snow. Start far left on the East slopes and work West). - Good lift capacity (just stay away from the Southern Comfort lift as it gets seriously backed up). - Limited on mountain dining (and you must reserve in advance for up top) but not an issue with good ski in/out access). - Limited off mountain dining (Riverhouse BBQ - 20-minutes away is great). To reiterate: - If you are good eating in, buy all your groceries and enjoy the stay! - If you are eating out, plan in advance and make reservations before you travel. - We'll be back some day for sure! Management: - High Altitude Property management did a fantastic job! - Kudos to Mariusz and the team!

Amazing property. Super spacious and easily fit 14 people. Very clean Location could not have been better. Truly ski on ski off with a hot tub and wrap around porch. Can’t beat it ! Will surely return

Grey Fox for my 40th !

We had the most amazing week at the house. They thought of every single amenity. My favorite was cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen while the kids spend the afternoon playing in the snowy yard or the jacuzzi. Oh and riding right up to the back door from the Blue Moon run wasn’t too shabby either!

Amazing location!

The property is located at a great mid mountain location with direct access to Iron Horse lift. Access was so easy that everyone came back for lunch at the house and the go out for afternoon skiing. Property manager was very nice and of great help!

Couples getaway in September

This house is stunning. Perfect views. The house had everything we needed. The fireplace was a hit all week long, especially when it snowed 5 inches in mid-September. The online pictures don't do this place justice. Will be back for sure!

Beautiful Property and ideal location

We loved this place! True ski in ski out. And the easiest ski in ski out house we have stayed. The views out the windows was spectacular. We skied hard and enjoyed the hot tub and roaring fireplace. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great House Perfect Location

Ski in ski out doesn’t get any better than this! We appreciated the kitchen was well equipped, hot tub was clean and hot, and all the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. The property manager was easy to reach and very responsive too.

Outstanding location and nice home

Terrific location right on the slopes making access to the entire mountain easy. Four nice bedrooms, three of which are setup to be comfortable family rooms that can sleep up to 4 people (the fourth is the master bedroom). The open plan kitchen/dinning/living room space is great as it allows everyone to be together even when preparing for meals etc. The house is nicer than in the pictures online. Highly recommend and will return

Beautiful home in spectacular setting.

We enjoyed a 5 day cousin reunion in Big Sky over the 4th of July. The house was perfect. There were a few homes near by, but they could not be seen from the kitchen/living room/dining room. The layout on the main room was great for conversations and lounging. The wrap around covered porch was a peaceful place to enjoy the trees, flowers, birds, squirrrels and occasional deer. The interior design was thoughtful and the space felt both cozy and spacious. The ceilings were high, the rooms were large, the beds were comfortable, and the water was hot (very hot and endless). The expansive dining room table was fantastic for playing board games late into the night. Two things we enjoyed more that I expected were the fuse ball table and the ice machine off the kitchen. We had a professional chef in the group who found everything he needed in the kitchen. He loved the stove and grill. We hiked right out the back door on the ski slope as well as Ousel Falls. Some of our party went zip lining over the Galatin, fly fishing on a fork of the Galatin, and even did did yoga with provided mats right on the porch. A special thank you to Mariusz, the property manager, who was exceptionally helpful and quick in his responses. Our chef/cousin had a concern with a temperature change in the fridge and Mariusz came over to check it out. And thank you also to the home owners for allowing us to to re-connect in their lovely home.

Best Big Sky Vacation

Our family had a fantastic week at Big Sky and we absolutely loved staying at this property. Ski in/Ski out, beautiful, welcoming, warm. Also Mariusz was fantastic to deal with and is ready to help at any minute. Just a great vacation.

Family Yellowstone Vacation

We had a large family group age 62 to 6 and we rented adjoining properties as the base for our Yellowstone Family Vacation. The home exceeded expectations! The location and the home were both stunning. Views from every window. The furnishings were first class and the layout was ideal. We had four couples stay in the home and each had their own bedroom and bath. The hot tub and deck were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The property manager, Mariusz, welcomed our group to the home and was available to answer any questions we might have. Mariusz was very professional and prompt in responding throughout the rental process. I would highly reccomend this property!

What a great house!

From the moment you arrive, it is apparent that the house has been planned for ease, comfort and groups. The owners have gone above board to supply for their guests. Avid skiers will love the proximity to the slopes as well as the spacious garage, boot warmers and dressing room right off the garage. Those that don't ski will love the large family room with views galore and a huge fireplace. Everyone will love the well-equipped kitchen (we entertained large while we were visiting) and hot tub. Our guests appreciated the double sinks in each bathroom and the spaciousness of the bedrooms. There are ample linens to use in the hot tub and baths, this seems to be an issue in other places--not here. Moms will love the two washer and dryers... The location of the house couldn't be better. It is an easy drive to the Village for dining and movies. But, it is also easy to get to Big Sky to ski--on your skis, not in the car. This was a bonus. It was nice to be able to share time together when needed, but this house also offered spaces to get away and read quietly, sleep or just contemplate the view. We will be back.

Fun for couples

We took a couples ski trip in February and this house was perfect. Great ski in and out which is always a priority but so many more advantages. All the bedrooms are large and spaced for privacy. I loved the kitchen. It is great size to accommodate everyone and we never felt like we had too many "cooks in the kitchen". And the hot tub located directly on the slopes was a great way to end the day watching the last of the skiers and sipping Montana Mules! Already counting on returning next year!!

Perfect for Families

Another mom and I were crazy enough to take 12 teenagers skiing and this house could not have been more perfect! The proximity to the slope enabled the kids to come and go at their own pace and skiing ability. The large bedrooms accommodated everyone. The kids loved sprawling out on the large sectional by the fire at the ends of the day. They even did their own laundry with the upstairs washer and dryer. We will definitely be back!

Awesome house and location!

Look no further, this is a well appointed house in a perfect ski in - ski out location. The large great room with an open floor plan to the dining area and kitchen, not only has amazing views, it is so attractive and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances and has easy access to the deck and grill. The hot tub is also adjacent to the living room, so even when you are not partaking in the fun you are still a part of it. The bedrooms and baths are spacious and have nice linens. The mudroom and garage help keep the rest of the house "ski clutter" free. And, there are great sledding runs outside your door as well. You will not go wrong when selecting this house. We cannot wait to get back.
