This beautiful, newly remodeled 3 bedroom home sits waterfront in Courthouse Hollow on Grand Lake with it's own private dock perfect for fishing, jumping in the lake, or tying up your own boat. This home has easy access to the world famous Shangrila Golf Resort on Monkey Island, only 5 minutes by boat or 30 minutes by car. It's also conveniently located in the town of Grove, just a 10 minute drive from Walmart, Starbucks and downtown shopping/restaurants.

Summer get away

Enjoyed relaxing here for the last few days! Beautiful home, exactly as described. Comfy beds and furnishings. The kitchen had all the basics we needed. We spent most of our time swimming and fishing off the dock. Our 15 yr old thoroughly enjoyed diving off the platform while his older brothers used every opportunity to give him a hard time. Short drive to Shangri-la where we played a round of golf. Several good restaurants in Grove.Owners were very easy to communicate with. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home! Will definitely remember it for future trips!

Private accommodating and clean

We had a very relaxing three days. The property is exceptionally clean and the location provided a private and relaxing environment. We will be booking this property again.

Quick weekend get a way for Fall Bresk

This house is amazing. Beautiful, spacious and stunning views of the lake. We love being able to tie our boat up to the slip, so we could cruise around taking in the beautiful fall foliage of the trees. Weather was perfect. We loved hanging out on the dock, the fire pit and the house. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Serene Lake Retreat

With 4 adults and 3 littles needing a rest from a busy family wedding weekend, this updated home was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The dock was perfect for relaxing and fishing, and there were plenty of games available to play indoors. The large open kitchen and family room allowed us the opportunity to visit with each other while baking and arranging flowers for the off-site event. Decor was calming and just like the pics, and the beds were very comfy too. The owners were prompt in helping us with any questions or concerns. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home for future stays.

Hoover Family Vacation

It was a beautiful home with a great view. The house was equipped with everything you need! A quiet peaceful area close to places to eat. The kiids were able to play on the dock and fish when we weren't t boating.

Great lake house stay!

We came as a multi generational family group and loved our time together here. The house was well decorated, clean, and had comfortable beds and furniture. Just the right amount of “stuff” to feel very comfortable and have what we needed. We spent most of our time on the lake or on the deck with an amazing view of the water! The dock was very nice and a hit as well! Fire pit was fun to have also. The hosts are easily accessible and checked in with us during our time. I appreciated the host’s generosity on simple things like spices, detergent, dishwashing pods, first aid kit (we used!) noise machines and blankets. Cooking on the Blackstone was great! We rent a lake house every summer and this one was a hit with everyone, we can’t wait to return! Thank you to the hosts for sharing your home!

Beautiful

Amazing home and layout for the whole family! Stunning sunset view is an understatement. Overall great experience and the hosts were very responsive to any and all questions. At no fault to the host: The only possible "complaint" is the narrow road and limited parking if you have a large boat.
