Port A

House was fine for wife and myself. Only issue was the construction that started up every morning at 6:45a genuinely 30 feet behind the bedroom windows. Running skid steers, jacking concrete, etc. Assuming that is short lived so it should be resolved/finished for the next renter, other then that it was fine. House was clean, easy parking.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about the early morning construction disrupting your stay. We understand this can be an inconvenience, and we will pass this information along to the property owner to address. We're glad to hear you otherwise found the house to be clean and convenient. We hope the construction will be completed soon, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Aspectos negativos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación, ubicación y precisión del anuncio
This stay was terrible. We arrived late at night and the property was VERY unclean. We had no choice but to stay there the first night because it was about 1:00 am when we had arrived. The next morning I contacted the host company to let them know our situation and how we would like it to be fixed. They said they would send a cleaning crew to address all of our concerns while we were out for the day when we got back none of our concerns were addressed and a big concern was that there was a lot of sand in the bed and we asked the sheets to be cleaned When we got back. The bed was just simply made. Nothing was cleaned, and there was still a bunch of sand. We then had to book a hotel for the remainder of our trip because still no concerns were truly being addressed. We asked for a partial refund and were only offered 100? Unacceptable. The cleanliness and communication of this place is a zero out of five stars. I’ve stayed in Púr a few times and there are other very beautiful very affordable places. Please don’t consider this one when booking.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I want to sincerely apologize for the experience you had during your stay. This is certainly not the level of cleanliness or communication we strive to provide our guests. I have tried reaching out to you directly to discuss your concerns further and to work toward a better resolution than what was initially offered. I truly value your experience and would like the opportunity to make things right. Please return my call or message when you’re able so we can talk through this together.
