Easy Access & Boutique Atmosphere Skip the hassle of heavy stairs or slow elevators! Since this is a ground-floor studio, your arrival with luggage and grocery runs is effortless. Our building is an intimate, boutique complex with only 10 units. You will enjoy a peaceful and private vibe, far better than staying in those massive, crowded developments where you share space with hundreds of guests.
About the Location (La Veleta) We are located in a trendy, developing area surrounded by jungle and amazing restaurants.
Note: Some streets here are still unpaved (part of Tulum’s rustic charm).
Getting around: To get to the beach (approx. 15 min), we recommend renting a car, scooter, or taking a taxi. also convenient to explore cenotes, archeological site etc. Tulum is still on development small town and not bicycle safe everywhere, take care.
Stay with a local host, I'm more than happy to share my favorite spots (As a foodie) and some tips that might save you time. Once you book or prior to your arrival i can share them!
