Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House was conveniently located near broadway, coffee shops, and a block away from turnaround. Beds were very comfortable, this would be a great home for multi family as there are 2 parts of the home, 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, bedrooms at opposite side of home. Would stay again.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach or the promenade. The two sides with kitchens bathrooms and bedrooms on each end was great for together time but allowed separate bathroom and bedrooms for a bit of privacy for a shared stay with friends. The kids liked that they could watch something in one living room and adults could visit in the other. The fireplaces made the living rooms cozy and the whole place warm for our Fall stay. We’d definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay

Great location with everything in walking distance and a lovely house. It was nice to have the multiple spaces to be able have the kids take over one area and space for adults to relax.

Great Seaside location

Our second stay here, the location is truly excellent - super close to beach access and the main strip. Nice to have 4 big beds with tvs and 2 separate living spaces. Wish the eating spaces could be combined better so groups could eat together. Just still needs a little fine tuning to make it a 5 star spot.

Great vacation home

My hard to please big sister is normally wary of vacation rentals but much to everyone’s surprise, she loved this place- for good reason. House was clean, spacious, and communication with Vacasa was always fast, easy, and professional! Location was fantastic too- only a few steps away from shopping and the beach. Parking was easy as well. Would totally recommend and would book again in the future!

Nearly nothing had been cleaned upon arrival. The carpets were dirty; French fries were under one kitchen table and cheerios under the other. Both kitchen tables had crumbs on them. Living room carpet had a chocolate-looking stain in it. We found what we can describe as 'goo' in the sheets of one of the beds. We found ants in both kitchens. One of the backdoors is not flush with its doorjamb allowing air to flow in from the outside. Brown water came out of one of the shower faucets. Two hand towels that were neatly folded and hung up in one of the bathrooms were dirty. There was a lot of sand left underneath the garbage bin in one of the bathrooms. Another set of sheets on one of the master beds had three red/black stains on them. After notifying Vacasa of the poor state the property was in, it took two days for the regional manager to arrive and address some of the deficiencies. The regional manager did bring my wife and my mother-in-law a bouquet of flowers and some chocolates for the rest of us. We did get our cleaning deposit and one night refunded as Vacasa's gesture of good will.

Location with minor inconveniences

The location was close to beach and turn around. However, the listing did not say the coffee maker was k-pod only. The host did not know there was a refillable k-pod, after we bought some. A teflon pan was badly warped. A kitchen curtain blind was in disrepair. The bathroom sink would not drain. Not even half of the tub water flowed to the shower faucet in 1 bathroom. The linens had hair and blood stains and were scratchy from age. The towels were in the dryer unfolded

Seaside Hidden Treasure

we were in Seaside for a custom knife show… There were eight of us and this house was perfect! Plenty of space to sit and visit, plenty of space to eat, and most importantly, plenty of place to sleep! House was very clean and had modern amenities. We will definitely try to stay here again if possible next year.
