The adjoining dining room is also nicely laid out with 4 comfy dining chairs and a lovely bench which ensures dining together is pleasurable.


OFFICE/WORKSPACE:
This has its own designated space with privacy in a location that is adjacent to the main living room. Enjoy working, reading, studying, journaling and having your work meetings with out distractions in a comfortable office chair that swivels, tilts, adjusts and a sturdy, nice, office desk with a pen holder to slot in your stationaries.

KITCHEN:
Come and enjoy this modern and spacious kitchen with a large number of cupboards, huge walk in pantry for your own dry food item storage, big island with 4 bar stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your needs for cooking and baking. Basic spices and a variety of tea and coffee is available. kitchen is setup with:

Step into a spacious Masters with a comfortable king sized bed, a large walk in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a standing shower, sink and a private toilet. There is also a 42” smart TV installed for your private entertainment with access to NETFLIX and other viewing platforms. Settle in properly with a large dresser which is ideal to keep your personal effects and black out blinds ideal for a restful sleep.

Bedroom 2:
This bedroom has a snug full size bed, a spacious closet, a nightstand, a bedside lamp with an inbuilt charger and black out blinds ideal for a restful sleep.

Bedroom 3:
This bedroom has two twin beds, a spacious closet, a nightstand and bedside lamp for soft light hues and black out blinds ideal for a restful sleep.

Main Washroom:
located right beside the bedroom 3, find a spacious sink along with moisturizing body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided

Laundry:
This is directly opposite the main washroom on the 2nd floor and it has a stacked washer and dryer for your laundry needs. You will also find in here a full sized ironing board.

Linen Closet:
It is found between main washroom and the bedroom 3. In here you will find; laundry detergent, towel essentials, steam iron and a collection of manuals to provide guidance for operating appliances

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire main level and upper level of the home

Other things to note:
- No parties or events.
- Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the house
- Access is only to the main suite comprising of the main floor and upper floor, the basement suite is a separate apartment and cannot be accessed.
- This home only allows for the number of guests initially booked for.
- For your safety, the property uses a front-door exterior camera.
- No pets allowed.
- There’s air conditioning.

Great Home in South Calgary

This home was perfect for our needs. It was clean and there were snacks and drinks set out for us. It was easy to find and there was lots of parking available on the street and a specific spot in the back. Great for families!!
