As a small, family-run business, we take great pride in being responsive and helpful to our guests. However, we are incredibly sorry to hear that the condition of the property and the common areas fell short of your expectations. We want to assure you that we are taking your feedback seriously and are actively working with both our local teams and the community management to address these issues right away: Deep Cleaning & Mats: We are bringing in a heavy-duty floor scrubber to thoroughly clean the apartment floors beyond a standard mopping. We are also replacing both the welcome mat and the back deck mat immediately. Community Grounds & Pool: We have reached out to the building's property management regarding the garbage, debris, and pet waste along the walkway and pool deck. We are pushing for a thorough cleanup and requesting that the pool furniture be updated. Verification Process: We completely understand that the extra rental agreement and ID upload can feel tedious. Because we manage properties on behalf of owners, these steps are required by our insurance to protect both the home and our guests, but we always ensure security deposits are refunded promptly, as yours was. We hear you loud and clear on the overall value, and we are using your comments to actively improve the property so it truly matches the price point.
