Lone Peak is a cozy and inviting 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome and is the perfect vacation getaway for 8 people. Located in the Clearwater neighborhood, it's just a short walk from the Buttercup Chairlift.
With three levels you can easily accommodate your whole family and all of your friends. This property features 1,926 square feet of space with beautiful views. It feels especially secluded as the backside opens up to forest, and you'll appreciate the serenity while grilling on your back patio or taking a soak in your private hot tub.
Lone Peak has all the conveniences of home, including a full- and well-appointed kitchen, granite counter tops, alder cabinetry, an in-unit washer/dryer, and an attached single car garage. You can relax with family and friends in the comfortable living room next to the pellet stove fireplace, or send the kids downstairs to watch a movie together in the spacious bonus room!
The master bedroom is privately located on the top floor and has a comfortable king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaker tub. There are two guest bedrooms in the walk-out basement which share a jack-and-jill full bath; the first has a queen-sized bed, the second has a king-sized bed and a large walk-in closet. The large bonus room is also on this level, which has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a seating area, and ample storage.
