Located in a secure gated community just minutes from the magic, this beautiful 3-bedroom townhome offers the perfect blend of excitement and relaxation. Whether you are heading to the parks or enjoying a day by the heated pools, everything you need for the perfect Florida vacation is right here.

Kitchen had all utensils needed to cook and serve a full meal. Communication with the host was fantastic. Playground and pool in the immediate area.

Beds were not comfortable, very squeaky and hard. Was a pain to get in the gate at night, had to keep calling security to open the gates. Only slept there since we were at the parks all day and into the night.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice. Check in was easy. Location is great. Host was communicative. The condo has everything you need. It is spacious and clean. The only thing I didn't love were the beds. They are not the best mattresses. But overall I'd stay here again.

Perfect place to stay

The check in was fast and the neighborhood is great, calm and closer to a lot of places (parks, outlets,etc). The house was clean and really homey, we had enough space for us. I’ll definitely book again for my next trip.

This place will work if you're in a last second jam. It did have a good amount of baby stuff, which was nice. It's close to whatever you need.However, the maintenance was a bit lacking. There were no wash cloths in the townhome, the bath tubs were filthy and didnt drain, there were almost empty toilet paper rolls in all the bathrooms, the beds creaked/were old, there was a smell of cigarettes in the AC. We only stayed for 1 night, so these things weren't the biggest issues (besides the bath tubs), but if you are staying for multiple nights I would reach out to the host to make sure these things were all treated. For almost 300 a night I would expect better

Great location, close to Disney. The property was double gated which felt very safe. But unfortunately we had a bad experience in the condo itself, it was not listed that it was a 2 story property which was a problem for my elderly grandmother. No seasonings, not even salt and pepper. Not that decor matters but the pictures on the wall, the furniture, nothing went together, in all honesty it felt like walking into a goodwill. The bed upstairs was not anchored to the wall properly so it slammed against the wall anytime my son moved during the night. All the beds was a 70s spring mattress so very loud and uncomfortable. The host was very responsive and told me they are new to managing this property, so hopefully in the future all these things will be fixed. Long story short, it was a place to sleep for a couple of nights and if that’s what you need then it will work for you.

We didnt spend much time inside the home. Most of the time spent at theme park's with family. The neighborhood was very quiet when we returned. Plenty of decent variety of restaurants for meals. Family Vacation

Hosts Jean and Lara are great! They reached out to ensure we received our check-in information from the resort and were quick to respond when I had an inquiry. This was our second stay in this vacation property and we’re looking forward to returning again next year. Love the location. Close to shopping and the theme parks too, but set far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Overall rating would be 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars. Thank you Kim and family.

I gave the property 5 stars because for the price the location was great. Everything was superclean and up to date. The only issue I had (a minor one) was that there were no wash cloths or bath soap in the townhome. I had to go out and purchase some. This was a minor inconvenience but just a heads up for anyone that rents in the future.

Great place for Family

The place was great and the response to any questions was fast! Our only issue was the bathroom door. It seemed to be humidity affecting the door. It would get stuck and we couldn't open it. We ended up not closing the door fully so we were fine. The whole place was perfect for our 9 day stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay with minor exceptions

Great but checkout was suppose to be 11 and received a email the day before changing it to 10 to checkout. The air was set on 75 and couldn't be moved. The townhouse was comfortable and close to all Disney parks accept for those exceptions for those lisred above.Plus was never goven Internet password.so couldn't contact the host.

Communication was great with owners. The house is very very dated though. The television in the “kid” room did not work at all. The television downstairs in huge family room was too small. Could not really see tv from couch. The beds ALL of them were terrible. Loud and extremely uncomfortable. The back door to home was unlocked. Blinds were already broken. The kitchen was very small and cooking tools were dirty. The house doesn’t have good air circulation either. Very very hot upstairs in the bedrooms.
