Silver Beach Condominiums are conveniently located right across the street from multiple grocery stores including Walmart. Within walking distance there is also Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen, Cafe Beignet and MUCH more! Within 5 minutes you have access to Adventure Island, Fat Daddy's Arcade, and Beachside Mini Golf! Other activities around the area include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies
1. Check in is 4pm/Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Two dogs up to 20lbs welcome, non-refundable dog fee ($150/each) & pre registration is required.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
