3BR de lujo 2. Condominio de 5 B ¡A solo pasos del océano!

Brass Rails es una comunidad cerrada de lujo con estacionamiento subterráneo y ascensores privados. Esta es una unidad del primer piso con vista a la piscina. Perfecto para familias. El condominio tiene un balcón privado al que también se puede acceder desde el dormitorio principal y tiene vista al patio y a la amplia área de la piscina que incluye una bañera de hidromasaje, área de picnic y muchas tumbonas para tomar el sol. Hay dos piscinas en la propiedad.

Nuestro condominio está recién amueblado y convenientemente ubicado en Tybee's South End, aproximadamente a 30 yardas del océano, el muelle y el pabellón. Se encuentra a poca distancia de la mayoría de las tiendas y restaurantes.

Esta unidad tiene pisos de bambú, baldosas de cerámica, encimeras de granito, gabinetes a medida y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en la cocina. La espaciosa suite principal tiene una cama king size, vestidor, bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada en el amplio baño principal. El dormitorio de invitados 1 tiene una cama queen y el dormitorio de invitados 2 tiene 2 camas individuales. Sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar.

La histórica Savannah está a solo 20 minutos en coche. Hay mucho que hacer y ver, así que ven y disfruta de nuestra playa. ¡El tiempo de la isla comienza al cruzar el último puente!

Nuestro condominio es ideal para familias, pero por favor, no fumar y no se permiten mascotas.

Ascensor, puerta de entrada de seguridad, garaje para 2. Nota: los SUV más grandes pueden no caber en el espacio de estacionamiento, especialmente durante las temporadas altas / altas.

Excellent stay. Host was very prompt in answering questions. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Loved the patio overlooking the pool. Very well stocked with cleaning supplies. Will definitely be returning.

This was one of the best places and locations to stay in my opinion!! Restaurants were walkable, ice cream was walkable, coffee shops were walkable. Because of the size of the complex the pool was never super crowded, always plenty of chairs to use. The condo complex was so convenient, we had 2 parking spots that were strictly for our room, we have stayed at condos in Gulf Shores, Panama City, and Fort Walton and this Tybee complex is by far one of the most user friendly places. We even had an elevator that was strictly for the rooms around us!! The condo itself was very nice, very clean, and slept all of us comfortably. There was even a closet with beach toys if needed. Communication with the host was very nice and easy, she was always quick to respond. I would definitely say Tybee is the best island for a family that just wants to chill by the beach and walk to some yummy seafood restaurants!! Oh and we saw dolphins almost everyday right from the beach!

This place was fantastic. The perfect spot right next to the pool with covered parking and a 2-minute walk to the beach. The condo was very clean all around and was everything we could have asked for. We had a great time and I fully intend on staying here again.

Perfect for family

Such an amazing time. Couldn't ask for a better host. So incredibly accommodating and response. The condo was PERFECT. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Only issue was the hot tub only worked the first night, but this was no fault of the host.

Accurate description. Basic kitchen equipment. Short walk to beach. First floor with elevator or one flight of stairs to access and under condo parking for two vehicles. Would definitely book again.

Great Place on Tybee

We really enjoyed our stay in Tybee. Literally no sun so a lot of time spent walking around and watching football and just the perfect place to do so. The condo is in walking distance to a lot of little shops and restaurants and close enough to the beach where you can walk back and forth. The inside is very nicely decorated and accommodating for cooking and just hanging out. I am holding on to this condo information for another visit.

4th times a charm!

This is our 4th time staying in this condo and we love it every time… always clean and well-apportioned and the bed arrangements works for so many guests… this year we had my parents in the king, my kids shared the queen and Mr brother and I shared the twin room… everyone was comfortable and happy and a good time was had by all! Will definitely book again for next summer!

Great Place Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Tybee in this condo. The place was like it was brand new and very clean. There was enough room for the four of us to spread out and have our own space yet small enough to stay close. Loved the counter tops and breakfast bar and the floors. It was totally easy to access – just one floor up and very close to parking space and the balcony overlooking the pool area was convenient too. The condo location was good – right near a couple of the “must go” restaurants and the small shopping area on Tybee and less than block to beach. The owners were easily accessible and responded quickly to my questions.

Tybee Stay

The unit was decent. Found popcorn and slime toy under coffee table in living room, an attachment to a hair dryer under bed and a recess cup wrapper in the dresser drawer of the room that had queen bed. When we pulled out the couch bed we found orange food residue (maybe Cheetos from the family that had slime and popcorn) on the couch cushion's, couches and rugs could use a good cleaning. Our daughter’s Crocs were stolen at the pool while she was swimming. Enjoyed not having to drive anywhere because we were so close to the beach and the pier as well as a lot of restaurants. They need to make it clear how to turn on the jets in the hot tub, it’s close to the ground behind lounge chairs. Also, they changed the code to the entry gates and trash can areas, we’re grateful that a couple told us and gave us the new code so that we could walk to and from without having to open the big gates for the auto’s. The code on the paper we were given is outdated. I’m grateful for the experience of Tybee Island, but unfortunately, we probably won’t return any time soon.

Rented this condo with our family of 4 adults and 3 children for an enjoyable week. Condo was well decorated and the open floorplan is perfect. The best part of this condo is the HUGE patio overlooking hot tub and largest of the 2 pools. Covered sitting area on the patio allows you to enjoy the ocean air, even when it's raining. The kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops,tile floors, and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of pantry and cabinet storage for food,drinks, etc. Dining set will accommodate 6 at the table, and there is a bar/counter area with three stools, perfect for kids to eat at or to have folks enjoy a drink while someone else cooks. Master Suite is huge with ex-large bathroom, complete with double vanities, tub and a shower. The location is great and very secure. Unit is literally a block from the main center of Tybee shops, bars, and restaurants, and just across a parking lot from the beach. Very easy access to the beach and the Tybee pier. We walked nearly everywhere we went. Covered parking for 2 vehicles is included, and a gate code is required both for entry by vehicle and on foot. There's also an elevator right to door of unit, which is awesome when you're loading/unloading . Only a few things would improve this unit: a grill on the patio, updated showerheads in the showers and maybe a new dining room set to match the other gorgeous furniture. Overall great condo and we would highly recommend this unit to our friends and family.

Thank you for your suggestions. We are always looking for ways to improve our condo to make it more comfortable for our guests! We have replaced the shower heads and plan to add a grill. This property has everything you’re looking for. Quick, convenient access to the beach, two pools and a hot tub, fast internet, clean and spacious quarters, and easy, fast check in and communication with the host. We would definitely stay there again!

Kathy was quick to respond to any questions. The place was perfect! Steps from beach, shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the balcony was lovely to sit in for morning coffee. The pool was easily accessed. The parking was very convenient to the condo. There were guys cleaning the grounds and pool area daily. The condo was spotless and had all basic things needed for a lovely Tybee vacation!

We had a amazing time walking distance was great to everything!! We loved being right at the pool!! We used the sand toys and even left a wave board for the next family!!! Amazing time!

Lovely Condo

We had a great stay. The condo was spotless, roomy, and was close to the beach. The balcony was very spacious and overlooking the pool. Lots of cookware; the crock pot was very useful. Would most definitely stay here again! Could use a teapot in the kitchen and lids for the plastic cups that were in the cupboard so we could take some drinks to the pool. It would be nice for the pool and hot tub to be open maybe a little bit later. 9pm is pretty early to close; maybe 10-11pm.
