It is 15 minutes walking distance from some unique sites, for example the Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers a mix of history and modern life with shops and cafes situated within ancient Roman walls. Then there's Marjan Hill, a beautiful nature park offering hiking trails, stunning viewpoints and even a few hidden beaches. Don't forget about the Riva promenade, perfect for leisurely strolls along the Adriatic sea. Also for people who like party music Ultra Europe festival is held annually in Split just 10-15 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

We have been employees of numerous hotels in the formerly stated functions and nowadays we also provide hotels and restaurants with service quality consultation.
