Extremely convenient location

Very impressed with the location of the condo. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the sleeper sofa was extremely worn and unusable. It was better suited for a family with small children and not teenagers.

Great beach front location. Unit needs some updating as doors and trim were dirty and worn. The “real key” versus having a coded door lock was a pain. Photos of the inside showed 2 additional accent chairs and a coffee table but reality - there was just a sofa with no other seating options besides dining room chairs, and no ottoman or coffee table. Bedroom had carpet that was still wet upon our arrival from being steam cleaned. The unit smelled of vomit due to the wet carpet. The carpet eventually dried, which did lessen the smell. Beachfront was very nice, and east beach access from the condo.

Affordable, easy check in, clean, quiet. Loved the large balcony and location. The only one small complaint is the pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable and no sheets were provided. Thank you! We'll be back!

Easy to book with plenty of email confirmation and easy to manage site. Very clean with no issues and loved the easy access to the beach! Waking up every morning on the balcony with such a beautiful view, was a bonus!! Will be staying here again for sure. Property manager was very sweet and pleasant.

Gulf Shores get away

We enjoyed our visit to Gulf Shores and this property. No issues at all with the property, it was just as described in the listing. The access to the beach was perfect. The building was a smaller building which was nice, it wasn't noisy or crowded at the pool. Parking was easy and it was close to several restaurants and shops.

Beautifully decorated. Quiet beach during our stay. Issues were door wouldn't latch properly- had to lock deadbolt every time to get door to stay shut and bed had trash/sand/dirt in it like someone had been it in with shoes on :(

Since Hurricane Sally blew through our area we have been working to get things back to some sort of normalcy. The issue with the door is one thing the property manager has been working to resolve and they actually thought they had it fixed until we got your review. I will be bringing this matter to their attention again since it is an issue the association will have to handle. As for the sheets, we would've like to know this issue right away and would've gladly sent housekeeping to correct the issue with your sheets. Please know this is a matter we do not take lightly and will be handling this issue with our housekeeping staff. Enjoyable Beach Time

Overall, our stay was good. The unit was nice and the view was great, but the dining table had a coat of sand on it. Three of the four juice/old fashion glasses in the cupboard were dirty. Be warned, the walls are thin.

The condo was somewhat dated and needed a deep cleaning. The comforter needs replacing as well as the couch. The door locks were very tricky to get to lock. We only slept there so it was adequate for the 3 of us

Perfect Location, Great room!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clearwater! Everything was just as described! Perfect location! Our only complaints were the shower head was terrible, it made it very hard to wash my 4 year olds hair. The only other complaint was there was no TV remote so we couldn’t turn the volume up or on our case down… or turn the TV off. They were small things that didn’t really affect our stay and we still enjoyed it thoroughly! Would book again!

Loved it condo but not the company behind it

The overall stay and the condo itself was fantastic and we had an incredible time, however mid trip i received a call saying a internet provided needed in the condo to change the router and for us to put the spare key in the lock box for them to get in if we weren't there, we did it, i made sure it was locked and everything and then on the final day when we tried to leave someone had gotten into the lock box and took the spare key it wasnt force open or anything so someone with the code had to have opened it, i call the property company we rented to and let them know and they said we lost it so we have to pay for it and then charged me 105 for the missing key, then as were leaving we noticed a group of 3 people with cleaning supplies walk into the room we were in even though it was locked to clean, so pretty sure they scammed me out of the 105, i recommend the room itself but i suggest keeping both keys on you no matter what they tell you

Coty, We are happy to know you had such an enjoyable stay and are terribly sorry about the key situation. We do make sure we cover this information regarding lost keys in the rental confirmation as well as the arrival information we provide to each guest. We hate that you feel like this was a scam but ensure you it is not something we do just to make extra money. We honestly wish we never had to deal with keys and that every lock on every property offered a code. It would make things easier for everyone. We hate you feel that you were scammed but we assure you that was not the case. We hope you can understand this is policy and not a scam for us to collect the amount owed for lost keys. September 2022 Stay

I stayed in room 7C. The room itself was very nice but that was the only thing nice about this place. The day before I was scheduled to check in I get an email stating that the building is under construction (which wasn’t enough of a notice to find somewhere els). The pool was trashed, everyday of my stay I was woken up by maintenance men beating on my door telling me they needed to get in to finish work, also woken up by people who wasn’t staying there just using the parking lot. Absolutely no staff works at the building. Me and my family felt very unsafe staying there. In the future, if this is the only place with vacancy I can assure you we will not be taking a vacation. Absolutely awful place.

Zachary, We are terribly sorry you had such an awful experience during your stay with us in this great property. We sent out emails to every guest on August 20th, which is when the information was released to us regarding the construction project at this complex. You called our office the day before your arrival stating that you had just located the email from us in your SPAM folder. We do not feel it was our fault that you did not receive the email until the day before you were set to arrive. In the email, we gave every guest the option to move to another property (if available) and we also offered guests a refund if they chose to cancel. You also informed us that some of the knocks on the door during your stay were from other guests in the building asking you to jump their vehicle as they were experiencing a dead battery in their vehicle. This is something completely out of our control as we did not send them to knock on your door, nor did we tell them to come to your unit. We really are very sorry for the construction frustration that you endured during your stay, however we did our best to alert every guest booked in this property of the situation and were prepared to accommodate each guest accordingly. Stay somewhere else

For the amount of money we paid, this place is not worth it. First of all, there was mold behind the toilet and in the vent above the stove. Holes in the wall that were patched by the sliding glass door. The couch smelled absolutely horrific. We were given four pillows(there were four of us) that were paper thin and when asked if we could get four more pillows, I was given a hard time saying they might not be able to because they charge the owner of the property for that. I guess they don’t want guests to be comfortable. Overall a not so good experience. This place is a 4/10 at best. There are so many new condos being built so if you want a nice place to stay, I suggest you choose one of those.
