You are welcome to use all parts of the house including backyard, garage and pickle ball court. The only areas that are not accessible are two supply closets and a shed out back.

LOCATION
Quiet and spacious neighborhood, just a couple minutes east from the BA expressway (hwy 51). Homes are on large 1+ acre lots so there is plenty of space between neighboring houses.

PARKING
→ Do not park on grass.
→ The garage holds 2 cars. There is room in the turn around driveway, as well as on the sides to park another 5-6 cars.
→ There is an additional gravel parking lot through the fence gate on the west side that can hold another 6 vehicles.
