Within good local proximity to the shops, restaurants and nightlife that Aberdeen has to offer, which includes Union Square shopping mall and other leisure facilities. Also close to the industrial estates at Altens, excellent bus links and train stations nearby.
The location is 10-15 minutes walk from city centre, it may take some people longer.
Free parking is provided onsite .
Beyond the car parking area is located the railway track at the rear of the development. There maybe unexpected traffic noise from the nearby road and the trains.
