Accommodates up to 6 guest, with king bed in master, queen bed in guest room and queen sleeper sofa in living room.
Fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances. Floors are laminate throughout.
Open floor plan which allows stunning gulf views and comfy seating options for enjoying the 65” smart TV.
Balcony has new outdoor furniture for that perfect morning coffee, daytime reclining or evening sunsets.

Enjoy hours of fun and relaxation on the white sandy beach with Free Beach Service(2 chairs 1 umbrella) from March - October.

The property has many amenities, to include an indoor, outdoor pool, family BBQ with picnic area and fitness room. Offers one private parking space under the building one outside.

Nice and updated condo with plenty of space. Short walk to the beautiful Florida beaches, plus they have an indoor/outdoor pool. Communications with the owner were stellar, always responsive and accommodating.

Our family stayed at this location for a week. Directions received ahead of time were very helpful.The condo was clean and beautiful with all the amenities of home! The pool and beach we a super short walk. The free beach service was GREAT!! Darlene was super responsive and helpful.A note to those who may not rent a car as we did, the location is a bit far from stuff to do so we ended un Lyft-ing if we wanted to go out. This was fine for us but just wanted to note for others.Thank you for allowing us to stay and wrap up our summer in this beautiful location.

Perfect getaway!

The condo is in a great location fully furnished right on the beach. Friendly & responsive host. Would recommend to anyone. Love this rental.

The place was a pleasure to stay at, we really enjoyed ourselves. The location is great quiet and the beach is such a close walk. I would and will definitely try to stay here again. Communication with Darlene was great and quick if I had any questions. The free beach chairs and umbrella from the vendor are such a bonus too!!

Spotlessly clean! Beautifully decorated! Exceeded our expectations!

Excellent condo! Lots of extra touches that made it feel very homey! Plenty of extra towels and linens. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication with owner was excellent! We would definitely stay in this beautiful condo again! Hopefully be back soon!

Schöne bequeme Wohnung in perfekt ruhiger Lage direkt am Strand.

Die Wohnung ist im siebten Stock also ganz oben. Das Inventar ist schön etwas modern, bequem und praktisch. Es fehlte uns nichts. Die Küche ist mit allem was wir brauchten ausgestattet, zum kochen und braten, der Herd funktioniert einwandfrei. Es gibt einen riesigen Kühlschrank, einen Geschirrspüler, Toaster und zwei Kaffeemaschinen, eine für Kapseln und eine für Filterkaffee. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Wasserdruck ist in Ordnung und es kommt auch gleich warmes Wasser. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wir haben das zum Balkon hin benutzt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend und ist angenehm leise. Der Balkon ist groß genug für zwei Personen, mit schöner Aussicht. Außerdem gibt es noch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Der Strandzugang ist direkt unter dem Haus, zu Fuß in 5 Minuten ist man am Strand. Zu der Wohnung gehören 2 Stühle und ein Sonnenschirm auf der rechten Seite vom Strandzugang. Das Auto wird unter dem Haus geparkt, es steht also geschützt im Schatten. Ein- und Aussteigen kann man im Trockenen, wenn es mal regnet. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Aldi, Publix und Walmart gibt es auf der anderen Seite ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Alles in allem eine perfekte Wohnung für einen Strandurlaub, an einem der schönsten Strände die ich kenne. Danke an Darlene, die Besitzerin, sie kümmert sich um alles, wenn es Probleme gibt. Man braucht sie nur anschreiben und erhält sofort eine Antwort.

Family Vacay/Softball tournament

We loved this place! Right on the beach and in a very quiet part of the island. There’s a bar/grill next door which is super handy. Lots of parking, which I thought was great. The condo has modern updates which we enjoyed as well. Don’t have anything bad to say about our stay. Our host was so easy to talk to and to get ahold of. We will be back!

Amazing unit !

We are very pleased with this unit ! It is super clean and well equipped! Owner/management was very helpful and always on hand ! Location is perfect,just a short walk onto the beach . Bed was super comfortable which is very important to our bad backs . Everything that was supplied in the kitchen is heavy duty and had everything from a can opener to a crockpot to an air fryer! We will definitely return !!! Thank you very much for such an amazing and no stress vacation!! See you again soon !

Newly renovated condo just steps from Emerald Coast

This newly renovated condo at SeaCrest Condominiums on Okaloosa Island is amazing. While it isn’t the biggest place to stay, it comfortably fit our family of 5 (mom, dad, and 3 daughters). The cleanliness was top notch. The provided kitchen amenities were enough for the cook in multiple days on our stay without missing any of the comforts of home. The added perk of the whole place though was Ms Darlene, the owner. She was amazingly sweet and super helpful with the condo/area. You can tell by the amenities provided that this place isn’t owned or managed by one of those massive run of the mill property management companies. The name brand tp, soaps, and shampoos were a nice welcoming touch. The view from back porch gets you a glimpse of the beach/water/daily flag status, but the sunsets it provides are second to none. We will most definitely be back to 713 SeaCrest with Ms Darlene. Do not hesitate to book this place.
