LOCATION
This cozy cabin is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Upper Moonridge near both Bear Mountain (4 mins) and Snow Summit (10 mins) Ski Resorts.

HOSTS
We are not on the premises and usually communicate with guest through the app or text. You can also call us anytime during your stay. Please contact us to let us know how we can make your stay more enjoyable. Please also see our host book at the cabin for emergency information and house rules.

ENTRY
Easy entry to the cabin. Parking is directly in front of the entry. Only one step to enter! You will be sent a code to access a lock box 24 hrs. Before your stay.

LIVING AREAS
The main living area of the cabin is an open concept with the kitchen adjoining the living room. There is bar seating for meals as well as an outdoor dining area outside on the deck. The deck is accessed from a slider in the living room. Guest have use of the entire home. The property extends about halfway up the hill behind us with no neighbors directly in the back and there is a seasonal stream behind the property. There is a large back deck with a BBQ, lounge area, dining table and hot tub all for your use!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Please enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would your own!

Please leave the thermostat at minimum of 55 degrees at all times to avoid freezing pipes.

You will be surrounded by nature here in the beautiful Big Bear area. The city does not allow any trash bags outside with food, cans or wrappers. Bears and other cute critters will come around and paw through the trash make a huge mess! Refer to the house manual for how to dispose of trash.

The fireplace in the cabin is a traditional log burning fireplace and is NOT rated for use with a gas burner. You will need real firewood (not a Duralog) and a fire starter or small amount of kindling to build a fire. Refer to the instructions in the house manual for how to build the best fire!

Big Bear has a "Good Neighbor" policy. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Only registered guests, no parties or events. Parking is restricted by the city. Two cars fit easily in our driveway and no street parking is allowed.

We love pets! A single pet is ok with the stated pet fee. Excessive cleaning or damage to by the pet or other damage is subject to actual damage charges.
