Welcome to Emerald Gem! You will enjoy our high-end supplies, the quiet neighborhood while still convenient access within walking distance to bus stops, link to light rail stations.

*** LAYOUT***
First Floor - the entrance way opens to the great living room with a sofa bed, open kitchen and dining area, and a half bathroom. This floor has AC.

Second floor - two bedrooms with walk-in cloest (one with queen bed, another with two single beds), full bathroom with shower and bath, Washer / Dryer. This floor has newly installed AC in each bedroom.

Third floor - where the master bedroom sits. It includes a full bathroom (shower, double vanity). This room has AC. It has a dedicated workspace too.

Rooftop - stunning views of city skyline, Space Needle, and mountains. High end outdoor furniture and firepit are provided.

Parking - One outdoor parking spot is available at the back of the property. The parking spot is pretty tight and not suitable for big cars though. Remember many properties in Seattle city do not provide free parking! This city is best experienced without a car.

Great location with easy lightrail access. Plenty of space for my family of 5 to spread out. The rooftop was amazing. Highly recommend.

Great location, clean and modern apartment.

Everything was easy. Great location with walking distance to so many things. The place was clean, easy to deal with and had comfortable beds.

Wonderful

We had a lovely stay at Anita's property, the view from the roof deck was amazing. The home was equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient to all the places we wanted to go and visit. The beds were comfortable and there were 7 of us total staying and there was plenty of room for us all. I highly recommend staying at Anitas place, she was available for anything we needed and check in was very easy with just a code for the door before arriving at anytime you get in. Great stay would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. Host communicated well especially closer to rental start. Parking behind building was a bit tricky, hit or miss depending on how others parked the car, but we survived with a Traverse with scratch to the front bumper!Wish the property was given to us a bit cleaner, sheets had hair on them, we had to wash them all ourselves. The bathroom on the first floor had a distinctive bad odor, we could not use it.

Unclean with broken furniture

Was very disappointed to see property was not maintained as in the photographs. The white furniture and carpet were stained and filthy. The pullout sofa was broken. They shoved dirty towels and foam inside of it to try to prop up the cushions. There were greasy handprints on all the doors and the floors were sticky.There was extremely loud construction going on next-door from 7 AM to 7 PM. We could not use the rooftop balcony because of construction workers and noise.I contacted the owner to ask her why we were not told about the broken pullout bed and construction going on next store. She told us she knew about the broken bed, but just assumed we wouldn’t want to use it. As for the construction, she said it’s an urban area and that we just had to deal with it. We still have not received a refund for one night owed to us because of a scheduling issue. The owner said Orbitz would refund us but still has not. very disappointed in the maintenance of this property.
