New Ocean Front Home w/Breathtaking Views of the Atlantic Ocean. 7.5 bedrooms + 5.5 baths-16 beds-spacious enough to sleep large guest counts. Backyard boasts a large pool/spa, outdoor kitchen/grill + TV, pool lounge chairs & more! Home is equipped w/stainless steel kitchen appliances, all cooking utensils, 2 living rooms, fireplace & multiple decks w/breathtaking ocean views! Our beach offers water sports and lounge chair + umbrella rentals! We are 2 miles to Barefoot Landing, mins to top ranked golf courses, many restaurants/shops & 20 mins to downtown Myrtle Beach

Here is a breakdown of bedrooms by floor:

Floor 1:
Bedroom #1: 2 Queen beds + TV + full bathroom + twin cot in closet + 2 air mattresses
Bedroom #2: this is a hybrid room with a washer/dryer + day bed that has 2 twin beds

Floor 2:
Bedroom 3: 1 King bed + TV + full bathroom (this room has ocean views)
Bedroom 4: Master bedroom- 1 King bed + TV + master bathroom

What an amazing house and great location to the beach, restaurants, and night life. Our host Jill was incredibly accommodating and always available to us whenever we had questions. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are big, and the outdoor kitchen was hit for our group who loves to grill and chill.

The property was beautiful and just as it described. We enjoyed the use of the pool and outdoor kitchen. Inside was very spacious for our large family. Also location right across from the ocean was great. I did hope that we could have used the elevator for our older family members. I would definitely stay again!

The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for the 20 guys that came down for a golf trip. Plenty of parking for all the vehicles we had and only a minute walk to the beach! Jill always had a fast response for any questions we had. Definitely coming back!

This is a beautiful property. It was easy to travel to restaurants and attractions. The beach was right in front. The owners have done a good job of providing a fun and restful vacation.

Overall, we had a solid week in North Myrtle Beach. Jill, the host, is incredibly communicative and gracious. The home is very nice, very spacious, and is only a short walk away from the beach. During our week, trash was not picked up until the very end of the week so we ended up with a pile of trash bags out by the can on the curb. The parking lot across the street was also host to a rowdy party on Friday and Saturday nights, the first night the police actually had to break up things. Next-door is a fairly large condo building. But overall, this is a peaceful house on a quiet cul de sac and a fence separates you away from the condo building, and the beach is nearby and very nice. Easy access to the attractions in Myrtle Beach about 20 minutes to the south and very close to barefoot landing!

Very nice house!!

This property was very nice and only a short walk to the ocean. The pool and hot tub were favorites of ours! We also loved the outdoor fridge and ice maker. The pool could use a taller fence on the side with public parking, but we didn't mind it. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Elevator was tricky and we really never figured it out. It would have been nice if the elevator went all the way to the top floor since 4 bedrooms were up there. Other than that we had a great time at this house. Clean, close to the ocean, close to tons of shopping and restaurants.

Best home I have ever stayed in!!

This house was Phenomenal! We were the first guests to stay in this new construction house and our jaws dropped! The views are STUNNING! Both the 2nd and 3rd floors provide unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Plus, both floors have decks w/seating to enjoy the breathtaking views! The house is located next to the beach entrance so it’s SUPER easy to get on the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious for large parties-it can easily sleep over 25 people. In addition, the pool and spa were amazing and the backyard has an outdoor bar/grill which we used a lot during our stay. Both the indoor and outdoor kitchen come equipped with all the cooking utensils you could need. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of TVs for everyone to watch what they wanted, and the host provided all the towels our group needed. Our host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. This is one of the best stays we’ve ever had! We are definitely coming back and would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone!

Amazing beach house

This property is amazing. It’s a new, modern and clean house. We stayed here for a weekend family getaway. We had 20+ people. It’s a 3 level home with 7 rooms and an elevator. Which was a plus because we have a handicap family member. Not only is the beach in the front yard.. lol.. it also has a pool. The sun will wake you up no need for an alarm clock 😄. The kitchen, dining and living room area has an open concept which was amazing for our big family. The shower in the master bedroom is massive. The outside grill and bar area has an island, ice maker and TV (the men loved that area). There are 2 balcony/porch areas on the front of the home which gives you the oceanfront experience. It’s in a safe area and the back yard is fenced. It’s close to the Tanger outlet and Broadway at the beach is only a short drive away. If this place comes across your search BOOK IT immediately because once more people hear about it the availability will be limited.

We had four families stay at this property, 17 in total, and the house had tons of room for all of us. The bedrooms and kitchen are large and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The house was very clean and the property manager, Jill, was very responsive. The house is right on the beach, so we were able to go back and forth easily, and the location was great (super close to Barefoot Landing and other restaurants, shops and activities). One small thing that deserves a mention is the ice maker on the back patio. This is the first vacation we have taken where we weren’t buying multiple bags of ice every day for water bottles and drinks, truly an added bonus. We really had a great experience here and would definitely rent this property again!

We had 18 in our group, and this house was PERFECT! Grandparents, five adult children, four with spouses and 7 grandchildren ranging in ages from 2-15 yrs old. Plenty of room to enjoy each other, and still have your privacy as well. You won’t find a better host than Jill either. From beginning to end, she addressed all of our needs with kindness and efficiency! The house was very clean when we arrived, with plenty of bath and beach towels for a big group. Two laundry rooms was a huge plus as well. The pictures of the house online are great, but when you get there, you will find it’s even better in person. The backyard pool area is both private and perfect. Hours and hours were spent in the pool and hot tub. We actually went back and forth from the pool area to the beach all day long, all week long. The grandkids had a blast!!! The dining room table was huge, and between that, the bar stools, and the table on the balcony right off of the kitchen, there was plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat. We made huge family meals every night except one, 2 of which were made on the huge grill in the outdoor area by the pool. The beach is just steps away, and not crowded at all, which really surprised me for the time of year. Sure, it was crowded in front of the high rises, but that little stretch on Atlantic Beach where this house is located, was not. All of my family agreed that this is the best house we’ve ever stayed at. We loved it!

Our stay at Jill’s VRBO was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable trip.
